There is also a wraparound, screened-in porch on the 1st level next to the private pool. The pool can be heated in cooler months. Point of View is also a pet friendly beach rental and is conveniently located within biking or driving distance to the shopping and restaurants of Seagrove Beach Florida or Seaside Florida beach resort on Scenic 30-A.
