Majestica is family community, so that you will be more comfortable and private with your relatives and children .No singles , couples or school / collages students are there .
Just 18 feet’s distance from front porch till beach walk overs. Less then a minute and a half from main door to water . Each floor has large porches along with seats for cocktails, morning coffee, lemonade or viewing, reading and family times . Spectacular views from deck , only vacant natural landscapes lot in between beach and sun dance .
