This stunning brand new beach home is new to the Seagrove Beach area. All Inn, was completed in 2012 and ready for you and your family to have the vacation of a lifetime! Serenity and elegance meet in this private 8 bedroom, three story gulf view home just steps to the beach access.

Featuring gulf views from all three floors, Elevator to all floors, Media/Theater room, 2 Family rooms, Kids Play room, Game room and a beautiful private back yard oasis including a private pool, lounge area and grill station. Steps out the front door is convenient beach access including restrooms.

This private retreat is nestled in Seagrove Beach where families visit for its uncrowded beautiful beaches, water activities, and biking on scenic roads. Seagrove is convenient to Destin and Panama City Beach, yet tucked away amid the beauty of scenic 30A. This is also the perfect location for a beautiful beach wedding!

All Inn features spacious accommodations including gathering rooms on all three levels!

FIRST FLOOR:
Enjoy the game room including a pool table and flat screen TV. Comfortable sleeping accommodations for 11 on the first floor including 1 King room, 2 Queen rooms and 1 Bunk room. The first floor opens to the pool and lounge area.

SECOND FLOOR:
Ready for gatherings the fully furnished kitchen is open to the family and dining room. The family room opens to an outdoor balcony that provides a tranquil setting with clear GULF VIEWS. Second floor accommodates comfortable sleeping for 4 including a cozy pull out sofa and the stunning Master Suite. The master suite provides a soothing retreat and includes a media room.

THIRD FLOOR:
Designed with entertainment in mind the third floor is where the fun starts! Featuring a Media room with theater seating, a family room with a wet bar, mini refrigerator and wine cooler and a kids play room including a Wii. The third floor accommodates sleeping for 8 including 2 King rooms and a Bunk room with 2 Queen bunk beds.

Area Information

All Inn is situated just off 30A in Saergrove Beach. 30A is 18 miles of breathtaking coastline road that passes through several beachfront communities, each with its own distinctive style. The community of Seaside is where the Truman Show was filmed and just minutes from this luxury home.

Seagrove Beach area is an eclectic mix of charming accommodations and upscale resorts, numerous galleries and boutiques, along with funky beach bars, unique gift shops, as well as dining options that include world-class 30A restaurants and intimate eateries.

Great house, beautiful area

We rented this house for a family reunion. The house was brand new so there were no reviews on it. Not one to usually rent a house without reviews, we took a chance and found the house to be in excellent condition, mostly true to its descriptions and very comfortable/luxurious. With the exception of a frig/freezer in the kitchen which didn't work well (Eddie the maintenance guy came quickly to try and fix it), the house was as advertised. The neighborhood was lovely (just off beautiful Route 30a and just a 1 mile jog/walk to Seaside). Publix was easily drivable and It was a short walk to the beach which unexpectedly had a wheelchair ramp (critical for my 93 year old mother). We had 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs set up and removed each day for us. This was a very nice perk. The bedrooms were clean,comfortable and each had it's own flatscreen. The kitchen had everything you need and the appliances were 1st class with the exception of the fridge. The pool/backyard was great to entertain and keep an eye on the smaller kids. The grill was adequate. The house has a pool table, Wii room and an awesome theater room (Netflix equipped). The elevator was great for transporting luggage and was essential for my mom. The only negatives I would say are that 1) There need to be a few more chairs/ tables etc on the front patios (2nd and 3rd floor). This can be easily fixed. 2) The ocean view is overstated. Do not expect great views of the ocean as you can only see very limited views of the gulf from the balconies 3) The fridge/freezer needs to be replaced/repaired. Fortunately, there were 3 other freezers/refrigerators throughout the house. 4) Master Bedroom does not have a door lock and the TV in the master BR needs to be better positioned so you can watch TV when in bed. This can also be easily fixed. 5) Maybe a few more DVD's in the sitting areas so we can watch movies together more easily. All in all, we had a great time and the house was beautiful. The price was fair for what you get. I would definitely rent again.

Thank you for your review, we are working with GE to correct the problem with the main refrigerator it is still under warranty. We will add additional chairs and patio furniture to the balcony's.
