This home is located in popular Summer's Edge, a beach side family neighborhood complete with white picket fences, two community pools and easy access to the beach. This beach home is just steps from both neighborhood pools and the beach access.
"Grace Villa" offers all the grace and charm of a perfect family beach home. There is a master bed/bath on the first floor along with the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The second floor offers two guest suites with adjoining bathrooms -- separated by a family room with access to a great deck for entertaining. There are also two bunk rooms on this floor. The third floor offers yet another family space, another bedroom and a full size bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The views from the 3rd floor deck are memorable!!!
