BEAUTIFUL SETTING

We've stayed at the cottage several times and will definitely come back again. You can't find a nicer setting so close to the beach with such easy access. The cottage is clean and comfortable and contains everything we need.

We really enjoyed the ambiance of the A-frame. It's freshly painted white inside, newly equipped kitchen, new dining table, decent WiFi signal, big tv, beach is quiet and ok access down a short trail, dogs are welcome, beds really comfy, Aquarium and restaurants 15 mi away in Newport. We even caught two afternoons of bright sunshine! The spiral staircase is problematic in the middle of the night to get downstairs to the bathroom. Level easy access from parking area to main level of house though. Rental arrangement went smoothly. We are hoping to rent the next door property soon...all one level. Same beautiful gardens all around. Thanks Shirl and Mike!

The best beach access in the world!

A very cozy and comfortable cabin. It had everything we needed. the owner and manager were very nice to work with. The wonderful location and excellent beach access makes this secluded property a real gem! I plan to vacation there again in the future.

Tremendous! Sited on 3 acres of lovely gardens, blooming with dahlias, lilies and lovely surprises, this A-frame is a perfect get-a-way. Easy access to what feels like miles of private beach, cozy fireplace, hammock, sweet cozy benches overlooking the spectacular beach views, great kitchen, clean, organized, good beds and a great shower! What more could you want? Highly recommended - we all hope to return soon!!!

We had a great time! The A-Frame itself is exceedingly comfortable, a lovely base with all-new, well-working appliances; plenty of space; comfortable seating; plenty of blankets. The setting is great--a beautiful beach right outside that stretches on and on and on. You can sit and watch the ocean endlessly, walk along the beach, or admire the many flowers, trees, and plants on the property. Mr. Swenson, the owner, was welcoming, hospitable, and thoughtful--he even shared his daily newspaper with us.
