Description of the Seaside Heights vacation apartment rental
WE ARE CURRENTLY REBUILDING FROM HURRICANE SANDY. WE HAVE 2 OF OUR 3 UNITS READY FOR THE SUMMER SEASON.
Our 1st floor unit is still undergoing renovations...
Still need to decide where to spend that summer vacation? Look no further. We have just the place for you! My Grandparents (Frank & Anna Marino) purchased these apartments in 1947 and lived on the 2nd floor apt. while renting out the 1st floor apt. After a couple summers of friends asking Frank to park in the "lot" behind the house, he decided to build the cottage with some friends. They created family friendly rentals and many families have continued renting from us thru the years. From Frank & Anna, to Johnny & Rosemary, to John & Debbie, these apartments have been an integral part of the summer vacations of generations of families. My kids will have summers like I did. Seaside was, and is still, so much fun. From crabbin' at the bay to a hot slice of Maruca's pizza (still the best!), you can't go wrong. We're now on FB. Become a fan!
We are a family oriented property. MINIMUM RENTAL AGE IS 25 YEARS OLD. There are plenty of houses in Seaside that are "party houses". We are not one of them. When sending a request, please state your age. Thanks.
FYI - NO PROM RENTALS. ALSO, NO "IN-SEASON" WEEKEND OR MIDWEEK/WEEKDAY RENTALS
Seaside Heights, New Jersey. 1 Apartment/1 Cottage for rent. Sleep 6 people comfortably. Conveniently located in the heart of town; 2 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Our rental week runs Saturday (1pm) thru Saturday (10am). NO PETS. As much as we love pets, we cannot be sure if the renter after you may have pet allergies.
-All units have full kitchen with Refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and all utensils/pots and pans
-2nd floor bathroom has shower only. Cottage and 1st floor have tub with shower (great for families with small children).
-Outdoor shower for getting the sand off after a day at the beach.
-27'' inch TV, basic cable, and DVD player in all units
-2nd floor and cottage bedrooms carpeted
-Off street parking for 1 car per unit
-2 beach badges per unit
-FREE Wifi

great vacation

Me and my family had a great time at 129 Lincoln Ave. Seaside heights NJ. We had a great time the apartment lots of space and very clean. The owner was their waiting for us to show up we came a little late and they were fine with it even though check in is at 1pm. We are not from their so they told us all the best places to go to have fun with the family. I can't wait till next year we are going back. Best vacation ever. Thank you so much for the great welcome.

Very short walk to the Boardwalk.
Great neighborhood to explore.
