Description of the Seaside Heights vacation condo rental

3 words describe this place - clean, bright and airy. Luxurious 4 room condominium in Blaine Gardens. Aprox. 950 square feet. 4 beach badges included. With beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and buggy. Brand new kitchen appliances. Newly furnished and decorated. Central air conditioning and off street parking. The 2 large bedrooms each have their own cable TV and walk in closets. Free wifi included. Living room has a deluxe full size futon, large TV, vcr/dvd player and stereo radio/cd player. Dining room has large table and ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped (cookware, dishes, flatware)and includes a dishwasher. In unit washer/dryer, iron and ironging board. Garden like balcony and courtyard/patio with barbeque grill and tables and chairs. 2.5 blocks to beach/boardwalk, 2 blocks to water park and restaurants. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and beach then come back to our private quiet courtyard and relax in our piece of paradise. The place is magnificent. Come see for yourself. Area Information

We are located in the center of a neighborhood with no clubs or motels nearby. It is only 2.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, 2 blocks to Breakwater water park, restaurants and stores. We are also approximately 2 blocks to the bay which offers waverunners, kyak and boat rentals, crabbing and fishing pier, playground and guarded beach for small children. There is also a tennis and basketball court nearby.

Nice place nice time

A very nice 2 bedroom apt on the 2 nd floor far enough from the main strip that the noise doesn't intrude. A 5 min walk to the beach. The worst part was the jersey shore cast with their obnoxious security. Overall a nice week at the shore.

Charming Beach Condo!!!!

Arrived at the condo and was pleasantly surprised by the gated development. Walked into the patio area with the large gas bbq and cozy tables and garden...so charming! We proceeded to the upstairs condo where we were met with my little outdoor, early morning coffee area overlooking the patio and surrounded by flowers and seaside decorations! Entered the condo to find an absolutely charming rental. Each room was decorated with the beach theme. The small (spotless) kitchen was the perfect size...the surf bedroom (claimed by my 17 year old daughter) had a HUGE walk-in closet and a twin trundle bed, as well as a futon. The master bedroom was light and bright and tastefully decorated in the colors of the beach...a wall of closets was greatly appreciated as we brought way to much stuff (as usual)...the living room was very inviting and the room we spent much time in....my son claimed the futon with the tv with cable! Plenty of room for my family and family and friends who came to spend the day. The four beach tags were definitely a plus, although, after our first day to the beach, the girl who checked badges, remembered us because my husband gave her a bottle of ice cold water...never checked our badges again! lol...The beach cart supplied by the condo was also a godsend...as the beach was 2 1/2 blocks away , included were chairs, umbrella, boogie board and beach toys...all were put to good use, as the weather was spectacular. Patty, the owner came by to make sure we were settled and give suggestions for dining and shopping. We could not have been happier with our choice of rental. It was as though it was our own place! We bbq'd one night but by far our favorite place was Surf Taco on 35 in Seaside Park (about a 5 min drive)...cute local place, can go in bathing suit...reasonably priced, fresh food, and we went there 5 days for lunch...the kids loved it! Overall, a great vacation in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere! Would definitely rent from Patty again! Thank you for letting us borrow your charming condo!
