FAMILIES ONLY!!!! WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 25.

Luxury Rental Sleeps 6&6. Two Brand New renovated homes. Front and back. I can rent together or individually. Perfect for family vacations.

This is two private houses, 2 bedrooms and one bath each, brand new kitchen and bath, all new furnishings and appliances,central air,dishwasher,washer/dryer, cable, DVD/VCR, two bedrooms and pull out couch in living room with queen size bed. Sleeps Six. Private backyard,Gas BBQ,Patio Set, backyard with privacy fence. Pets OK.


Just three blocks to the Ocean, Beach, Boardwalk, Waterpark and nightlife.
Great Summer Rental for family's This is a great town because you don't need a car to get around. If you are not familiar with this town it has a Boardwalk from one end of Town to the Next featuring Rides for Adults and Children, Games of Chance, Archades and Food Stands, Stores, minature Golf, Late night Pubs New Orleans style. A water park with a lazy river, slides, pools, etc. A multitude of Clubs and resturants. This town has the greatest white sandy beaches and we are close to a Marina for Jet ski and other water sport rentals.

Sorry, the property is currently under construction. When construction is finished this vacation home will meet all of your expectations.

Please note that the house and the yard are unfinished. Construction should be complete 6/1/2005. The picture that you are looking at is a semi-finished home. There will be a new deck and landscaping.

We are great landlords an we have respectable properties. We do not have party houses. We like clean, respectable professionals. The house will only sleep six. It can not accommodate/nor are we interested in 6 renters and six guests.
I WILL RENT THESE HOUSES INDIVIDUALLY IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN TWO.

Weeks still available for both homes are as follows:

1.June 18-25 $1700
2.July 2-9 ( July 4th week) $2500
4.July 23-30 $2300
5.August 20-27 $2300
6 August 27- September 5 (10 days-labor day week) $2700

$300 refundable security deosit and $100 cleaning fee for each home.
