lovely yet comfortable home that provides all the items a family needs for a easy get-away. It was a great location for seeing the northern Oregon coast, especially the Lewis and Clark historical sites that were on our agenda. Although there is no beach view, it was lovely to watch the sun rise and set over the dunes. Everything was available in the kitchen for a easy seafood feast and we roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. The path was convenient, although the last descent to the beach was a bit of a challenge for my mom and her knees. But it was a short way for the car beach access to get her to the beach easily.

A group of 9 ladies got together for a 50th birthday. We had a wonderful time and the place was perfect We all had plenty of space and was nice that we could all be together in the same place. We loved getting up and walking on the beach with our coffees, cooking meals together and close to the downtown shopping and lunch spots. Perfect! and thank you so much.

A Week at the Little House

With one exception, the "Little House" at Seaside had it all--great location, comfort and convenience, everything needed for a wonderful seaside vacation. Almost everything, that is: the beds were NOT good. The mattreses are old and saggy; they all need replacing. My daughter-in-law wound up sleeping in a chair in the livingroom.(There was no sofa she could sleep on, only love seats.) Others slept on the floor. If this one 'negative' were to be corrected (replace the saggy mattresses with firm, comfortable ones), we would really like to vacation at the "Little House" again.

Wonderful vacation

Our family, wife, 4 kids and myself, truly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I loved our bedroom looking out over the ocean. The home is far enough away from town to be quiet, but easy walk to town. The only suggestion would be to replace toaster and have a better supply of toilet paper and paper towels. We will be back next year. Thanks, Brett and Family

Other than the weather which rained constantly it was so nice to spend some time with our whole family including our new granddaughter. It was especially nice that o one was using the other half of the home so our noise didn't bother anyone.

The house was very nice; beds were comfortable and everything well-equipped. The fireplace did not work, however, and when reading the guest book, I noticed guests in March said it wasn't working then, either. Perhaps the owners are not aware. We hope to return next year and will definitely book the house if it is available!

Wonderful house on the beach. Plenty of room. Beautiful view from master bedroom. Very helpful property manager. Large, soft towels and plenty of them. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware. Excellent place to stay and play. Would highly recommend this again.

Great location. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen was large ,bright and well equiped. Needed to spread a little charm to third floor bedroom. Some brochures and menus from local restaurants would have been helpful. Unfortunatly their was a sea lion dying on the beach for days which caused a huge media stir. Locals very upset that nothing was done for the poor animal.

Our New Tradition

This is an absolutely amazing house. From the master suite, you can see the beach and ocean. A wonderful site to wake up to. The other rooms were equally nice and comfortable. From our experience, we decided to start a new tradition for our family: a yearly reunion every year at this house.

Wonderful location and beautiful home. Well kept and a 2 second walk to the beach out your front door! I do wish they would have let us know that you have to go through the double bedroom to get to the 3rd floor with the two twin beds and double.

The Best Way to Enjoy Seaside

We've been coming to Seaside for over 10 years,staying in hotels and rental homes, yet this is the first time we stayed at the Little's House. This little beach house must be stayed in to be appreciated. Right on the Prom, the Little's House is well-appointed, comfortable, not-at-all-tacky and worth the price of rental. Rental homes often tend toward sleazy decor and slimy bed linens. Not this house! Cozy, nicely located and even well-stocked with kitchenware--this just became the only place we'll rent in Seaside from now on.

We three 1962 college roommates plan a trip every year together. We stayed in the Little's House on the Prom this year. It was a comfortable and welcoming nest for discoveirng the Oregon Coast. Awesome roaring waves and views; great walk on promenade to downtown Seaside; good location for day trips. Clean, comfortable, user friendly. We loved it.

The location is great. The house was a bit rustic and a little tight for the seven us. Perhaps a full couch and a loveseat would provide more sitting room for larger groups. But the access to the beach and the price created an overall experience that both overshadowed the negatives. I recommend it.

We went on an amazing weekend. The house was perfect. Felt just at home. Very spacious, first time renting a beach house. We weren't disapointed. Will def. come back next spring!! Perfect distance to beach. Only thing that bothered me was having to pay 75 cleaning fee when we were suppose to clean up house before we left. Didn't make sense.

We have stayed in several homes along the coast and this on has been by far the BEST !!! The home is gorgeous and charmong. Everything we needed was there and all we had to do was fill it up with groceries. In Seaside we were able to go to many other places for "day trips" as Seaside was centrally located . We are going to reserve for next year at the same time!

This was one of the easiest, and most relaxing vacations ever! Spacious and affordable. We were able to bring our dog for a nominal fee. Right on the water and the Seaside Promonade. We're heading back again in June and can hardly wait!

This house was more spacious than I originally thought. It is an older home, but clean. Very good for the money. Just a small walk across the prom and there is the ocean. Great view from one of the bedrooms and the living room. I would recommend it.
