Great family fun

My family of 5 stayed comfortably in this condo and had a great time. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for us (3 children age 10 and under) because we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The boardwalk alone offers entertainment for the kids and adults. The fireworks on Wednesday night were fun to see. The beach was w/in walking distance and easy to get to. We went over Toms Bridge once to take the kids to a movie because the forecast was rain, but probably wouldn't have otherwise. My only suggestion is if you traveled like we did, a little unprepared (no beach chairs and not enough beach towels), head over the bridge to Big Lots and pick them up there. We were able to get them much cheaper than the shops right around the corner. We had no problems with the condo during out stay and never had reason to contact the owners. The neighbors were friendly and we didn't have any issues with crime at all. Nights were quiet (even in a condo w/ 3 young children!) The boardwalk was fun. The seafood place by Fun Town Pier on the boardwalk is a MUST if you like seafood. The crab cakes were the best I have ever had! My husband found a horseshoe crab in the water, the kids found a ton of clam shells on the beach and we were fortunate enough to see a pod of sting rays swim by as well! I think it was the perfect, affordable spot for our family. Thank you so much for the stay.

warm and cozy

As soon as you walked in the condo you felt right at home. The decor is very warm and beachie. Fabulious location only a block away from the beach and boardwalk, there also is a convience store right across the street. The condo really has just about everything you may need. The bedrooms were bigger then I thought they would be and beds were very coffy, it was also nice to sit out front and feel the oceans breeze. I would highly recomend this place and I myself hope to go back next year.

What an awesome place to stay....

Everything you needed was right there. It was a great place to stay, great location, near everything, nice accomodations, just as described. No problems the entire two weeks that we were there. The neighbors were very accomdating and nice. We also felt very safe there.... there is a lot of activity in Seaside, some not so nice..... we saw ALL nice, there were no issues of negativity or crime whatsoever around us. I even walked back from the beach after dark one night by myself, which I don't normally do, but I walked closely with another family that was on there way back. Overall, it was a really great place to stay.

This Condo had it all! Cleanliness, great proximity to beach, great restaurants, water park, miniture golf and more for kids and adults. Ms. Loder was helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects from aiding us to plan our vacation as well as info. on interests in the area. Easy parking for our van and an area to lock bikes. Rented a boat 5 minutes from condo and enjoyed cooking our fish/crabs in the full kitchen of the condo. Easily fit our family of four with room to spare. Would definitely stay again.

Great Value and Location

Condo was only one block to both beach and boardwalk. We fit three adults very comfortably. The condo was clean, and I enjoyed not having to bring my own towels and linens. Mary was very accomodating. It was a pleasure doing business with her. My security deposit was returned promptly. Overall, a GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

best rental we had in 4 years

For the past four years we have been renting in Seaside Park. We had four different rentals. We have 2 toddlers that we wanted to see and enjoy the New Jersey Shore. This rental was the best by far. Everything pictured and listed was true. Ms. Loder was very prompt in answering e-mails and very accomodating. It was very clean, quiet,and the location was great. Deli right across the street for last minute needs.And the beach passes was certainly a great savings to us.

The rental was perfect! 1 block to the famous Seaside boardwalk and beach. The condo amenities and pictures were exactly as stated! Mary and I had many email 'conversations' and she was very prompt with her responses to me and honest about the rental! Definitely would stay there again!

mary and tom were very pleasant and easy to work with! It was a last minute trip and they were wonderfully accommodating! The condo was very neat clean and decorated nicely:) The other tenants in the complex were also a joy! Everything we needed was there! we had a wonderful time and would most certainly return!

Good location - clean and everything the owner described was right on - slleps six - but four would be more comfortable if you will be spending a lot f time in the unit - we did not so it was a 5 star stay - good value for the price

I must say, I was very pleased with my rental choice. We found the property to be perfectly located, and the condo to be clean and comfortable. The nautical decor adds a nice "beachy" dimension. I would definately recommend this rental.

Your vacation condo was perfect. It truly served as a "home away from home." We loved being so close to the beach and all of the great restaurants. We never had to get into our car all week long which made it feel like a real vacation. With the boardwalk only steps away, there was always something to do. We look forward to staying again next year.
