Our cottage is everything you are looking for and more. 1 bedroom with queen size bed. Living room area with a convertible full size pull-out. Sleeps 4. Full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove; includes all cooking/eating utensils. Outside table/chairs, barbecue, and shower if desired. Cable TV, DVD player, 1 AC unit, and 1 ceiling fan. Wireless Internet available. Non-smoking. No pets. No groups.

Walking distance to the ocean/boardwalk. Very close to the bay. In the vicinity, you will enjoy fishing, crabbing, biking, shopping, great restaurants, and much more. We are also approximately 1 mile from Island State Beach Park. Great summer getaway!
