Living Room/Dining Room combo has brand new pergo floors, flatscreen HDTV with SHOWTIME and free internet access.
Galley Kitchen with brand new pergo floors, new countertops, Full-Size refrigerator/freezer, full size Washer/Dryer & Stove; new countertop oven; coffee maker, microwave, Utensils, dinnerware, pots and pans all you will need to prepare a meal!

Blankets and pillows provided! bring your own towels and sheets! 2 twin beds two full size beds.
Most full weeks prime season $1250. Half week and long weekend rentals available at half price all season long!
We have a house manager who lives in Seaside available 24/7 for all of your needs! He will check you in/out and is avail by cell 24/7.

Very close walk 2-3 blocks to 7-11, deli, food, restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. We are the "back house" considered a condo as some property is shared with the front house. Very private and quiet.
Note: House cannot been seen from "Birds-eye View" as it is blocked by group of green trees. We are in between stockton and decatur streets on a small side street OFF of NW central (it looks a small parking lot) so we are not actually located directly on NW central Ave, although that is our mailing address. Fantastic Place

What a great place to stay. It is adorable and had everything we needed. Having the extra half bath is such a treat when travelling with teenage girls. The walk to the beach and boardwalk is so convenient that if you had to make a quick trip back to the house it's easy. We would definitely visit here again!

From the start it was easy to get to from parkway. location is ideal close to everything , few blocks from beach and food(711). my family was please with the size of the location, very clean and best of all there was bbq grill to enjoy a nice bbq on a nice sunny day.
