Built in 1927. Beautifully kept, charming, spacious arts and crafts era family home. 150 feet from the beach. Modern amenities and the charm of an historic home. Offers an ideal setting for a memorable family vacation at the shore.

Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms (2 twin,1 king,1 queen). 2 full baths, 2 half baths, 1 outside shower. Sizable front porch with sunrise and sunset views. Large living areas including a sunparlor, great room, and dining room. Air conditioning (window units). Private parking. Cable television and wireless internet provided. Laundry facilities. Large private yard equipped with gas grill and picnic table. Hardwood floors.

We are taking summer rental reservations now. Weekly rate: $3200.

Located in Seaside Park--a quiet, family friendly shore town known for its broad, sandy beaches. The house is only 150 feet from the beach or a 5 minute walk from Barnegat bay. In Seaside Park, there is easy access to fishing, crabbing, tennis courts, surfing, and boating. Island Beach State Park is 2 short miles away. And with the rides, amusements, and restaurants of Seaside Heights only a short drive away, worlds of seaside fun are at your fingertips.
