Description of the Seattle vacation b&b rental

Chelsea Station Inn is a lovely B & B in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes north of busy downtown Seattle. We are just across the street from award winning Woodland Park Zoo and Rose Garden.

Each of our 4 apartment sized units has a beautiful living room with a comfortable queen size fold out sofa, dining room, kitchenette, powder room and full master bath with two person shower adjacent to the roomy master bedroom with plush queen size bed.

Amenities include: Cable TV, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, coffee, tea and other selected goodies in room.

Rent a floor and sleep eight with room to relax or rent the entire building and sleep sixteen.

Breakfast is included with room rate.

Our building is located in the quiet north end of the lively Fremont neighborhood, locally known as "the center of the universe", with easy access to I-5 and Hwy 99, and just one block from our excellent Metro bus system.

We have a comfortable outdoor patio area with lounge chairs, table and umbrella and outdoor fireplace. While relaxing in the afternoon, you may even hear peacocks and monkeys enthusiastically welcoming feeding time!

We are just across the street from the lovely Rose Garden at the Woodland Park Zoo, our award winning natural habitat zoo here in Seattle. Take in one of our many summertime Zoo Concerts in the evening, stroll through the Rose Garden for free or take a trip through the zoo. Just a short walk down the hill will take you to beautiful Greenlake, one of Seattle's most popular spots for a morning jog or an afternoon or evening stroll.

We are just minutes from downtown Seattle, Seattle Center, Seattle's busy waterfront, Safeco and Qwest fields, Seattle Art Museum and Bainbridge Island, Bremerton and Vashon Island Ferries.

• Deposits: We require a deposit equal to half of the total stay upon booking, with the balance taken at check-out. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 15 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation for a full refund of your deposit.
   
• Other Fees: Cancellation fees as follows: 15 days prior to check in = full refund 14-7 days prior = half of total stay charged 6 days or less prior = entire stay charged If you must check out early, you will still be responsible for all days booked. If you check out before we are able to run your card, charges will be applied to the card used when room was booked.

nanci and i had the pleasure of being the first guests at b and b by the zoo!!! what an amazing little gem this apartment is, which is situated in a quaint little neighbourhood that is steps away from shops and restaurants. it is only a quick bus ride to downtown. we felt like we were stepping into a magazine makeover!!! the furnishings, character and breakfast was top notch!!! thanks so much to maureen and charlie for making our stay in seattle so cozy and inviting!
