Description of the Seattle vacation b&b rental
Chelsea Station INN B&B is arranged into four 900 square foot "wings" Each "wing" offers a sumptuous master suite that can be closed off from the rest of the wing, which offers a master bedroom with a plush, queen-sized non-allergenic feather bed, and a master bathroom with a walk-in double shower with rain head, Italian stone floors, and custom cabinetry.
In each wing of the Chelsea Station INN, and they are all identical, also contains a full kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, and a dining room, powder room, and living room with a flat screen TV. Each nicely appointed wing can accommodate 1-4 adults, as there is a custom-made queen-sized pull-out bed in the living room area.
Guests of the INN enjoy many amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, free morning papers, daily maid service, concierge service, umbrellas in-house to borrow, refreshments available at all times, a complimentary phone, and full, hot gourmet breakfast that is served each morning (either in the common dining area or served right to one's wing) and much more!
The Chelsea Station INN also boasts a spacious patio with outdoor tables with umbrellas, hummingbird feeders, luscious plantings, and an outdoor fireplace. Guests enjoy walks around this quiet and charming neighborhood that's adjacent to the beautiful Woodland Park. During the nighttime from the Chelsea Station INN, you can hear the primates and the birds of the award-winning Zoo! There is plenty of off street parking in our awesome location that's just 10 minutes north of the Downtown Seattle District, and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby to visit as well.
The Chelsea Station INN B&B re-opened after lots of renovations and improvements, in July of 2009 with new ownership; the Chelsea Station INN B&B is virtually brand-new, as it hasn't even been open for a year! We encourage you to make the INN as part of your upcoming travel plans, since we believe that you will be pleasantly surprised here. The most common reaction when we show a guest through the suite is "wow" even after viewing our rooms online they are amazed at the quality and space.

Area Information
The Chelsea Station INN is located in the quiet north end of the lively Fremont neighborhood, locally known as "the Center of the Universe", with easy access to I-5 and Hwy 99, and just one block from our excellent Metro bus system. We are just minutes from downtown Seattle, Seattle Center, Seattle's busy waterfront, Safeco and Qwest fields, the Seattle Art Museum and the State Ferries.
Just a short walk down the hill will take you to beautiful Greenlake, one of Seattle's most popular spots for a morning jog or an afternoon or evening stroll. We are just across the street from the lovely Rose Garden at the Woodland Park Zoo. Take in one of our many summertime Zoo Concerts in the evening, amble through the Rose Garden for free or take a trip through the zoo.
We are also located near Ballard, the U District, Wallingford, Phinney Ridge, and Greenwood, which boast varied restaurants, shops, and activities to try.

We stayed for 3 nights in Seattle with two children, ages 12 and 10. The place was absolutely lovely, the children enjoyed the hot tub and the free ice cream, the adults the free red wine and the delicious breakfast.

nanci and i had the pleasure of being the first guests at b and b by the zoo!!! what an amazing little gem this apartment is, which is situated in a quaint little neighbourhood that is steps away from shops and restaurants. it is only a quick bus ride to downtown. we felt like we were stepping into a magazine makeover!!! the furnishings, character and breakfast was top notch!!! thanks so much to maureen and charlie for making our stay in seattle so cozy and inviting!
