Fantastic studio condo in downtown Seattle. Enjoy this nicely remodeled condo featuring a partial city and lake view, 5 disc CD/DVD player, flat panel TV, and complimentary high speed DSL Internet. The condo is on the ninth floor of a 1949 high-rise building. Building features a business center with copy machine and fax. There is a recreation room with pop machine, pool table, and big screen TV, and a rooftop deck with amazing views. Parking is available but limited and needs to be reserved ahead of time for a small fee. A Gold's Gym is 1 block away and can be used for a $15 day-use fee.
Situated in the ideal Seattle location where Capitol Hill meets downtown. The building is next to the Washington State Convention Center and just steps to Pacific Place, Westlake shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, public transportation, and many restaurants. The building is also a few blocks from Swedish Hospital, Pike Place Market, Elliott Bay waterfront, and one mile to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. You can't get more centrally located than this.
A prime location, amazing views, modern amenities in a gorgeous comfortable condo, and a great price all make this the place to stay in Seattle.
