Our condo is conveniently located in the heart of South Everett. The Everett and Alderwood malls are a short drive away, as are the Everett Events Center and the Everett Marina. The Boeing, BF Goodrich Aerospace, Paine Field and Everett Naval Station are all nearby. Literally just down the street are convenient banks, restaurants and grocery stores, and is only minutes away from I-5 and I-405 and easy commute to Seattle and SeaTac Airport.

This 2 bd/2ba condo is a short steps away from the clubhouse complete with a pool table, state of the art workout room with TV's and a full kitchen. Enjoy the pool, kiddie pool and hot tub during the hot summer months.

The condo is only 30 minutes to Seattle and less than one hour from SeaTac Airport. Take a day trip to major metropolitan areas such as Vancouver, Canada, Tacoma, Portland, as well as the Washington Coast, Mt. Rainier or Mt. St. Helens.
