High speed DSL Internet is provided in the condo. Parking is available but limited and needs to be reserved ahead of time for a small fee. A Gold's Gym is 1 block away and can be used for a $15 day-use fee.

The building is adjacent to the Washington State Convention Center just steps to Pacific Place and Westlake Shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, public transportation, and many, many restaurants. Also less than 10 blocks from Swedish Hospital, Pike's Place Market, and Elliott Bay waterfront. A short monorail ride to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. You can't get more centrally located than this.
