The condo is on the twelfth floor of a 1956 high-rise building with concierge. Building also features a business center with copy machine and fax. There is a recreation room with pop machine, pool table, and big screen TV, and a rooftop deck with amazing views. A Gold's Gym is 1 block away and can be used for a $15 day-use fee.
