Area Information

Alki beach is like Seattle's Santa Monica's California's beach. The views are exceptional. Alki beach is a five minute walk--where there is always something fun happening. Kayaking, windsurfing, fishing, boating, scuba diving, or just sitting & viewing the ships, sail boats & yachts go by. Abundance of sea wildlife including Orcas, Sea Lions, Seals, Otters, Eagles & Blue Herons etc. Alki has a museum & a light house which are open to the public often. There is a water taxi to downtown Seattle & Pioneer square. There is bus service to the water taxi, & downtown Seattle.
