Seattle isn't only a hot spot to visit but we were there during one of their unusual 90 degrees and above heat spells. However, our time at the Urban Oasis was quite enjoyable. The pool helped a lot and the window A/C made sleeping possible.

Sally and I love to stay in Downtown Seattle at our condo. One of our favorite things to do is walk to the Pike Place Market, enjoy the local artisans, and have the World Famous Donuts right around the corner from the Flying Fish! Sally's work is mostly in the city, where as mine is near our house in Kent. We have the condo so we can enjoy all the sights and sounds of Seattle, without having the commute. The building is great, with great amenities and is within walking distance to almost everything in Downtown Seattle. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Belltown
We live about 30 minutes South of Seattle, and much of Sally's work is in the city. So when we are able to/want to we get to stay in the heart of downtown Seattle, near all the wonderful restaurants (we're big foodie's just ask us about our favorite restaurants!). When we aren't using it, we make it available to you, our guests so you can enjoy all that Seattle has to offer, with rarely needing a car!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The best part about our condo is the Location. Take a walk to the elevator, go downstairs and eat and one of the AMAZING Restaurants in the area. Then take a walk just 10 minutes and you are at Pike Place Market or The Space Needle. Buy some flowers, watch the fish merchants, and buy a cup of coffee from the first Starbucks location. After a day of sight seeing relax on the roof top deck, or sit and watch the Large LCD TV, or go downstairs and play Pool in the community room.
