Description of the Seattle vacation condo rental

Beautiful beachfront condo, western view of Puget Sound, Olympic mts., several islands and ferry boats. The building is small with only 3 units, mine is the one directly on the beach. sleeps 1-6 with 2 baths. Firepit, bbq, walks on the beach as you beachcomb for treasures. One of the most unique aspects of my property is that it is directly on the beach where the tide never comes all the way in so you can ALWAYS enjoy the beach. The water never comes up to the deck. There is always beach access. Within minutes of arriving, you feel calm and serene as you listen to the waves and gulls. Just 4 houses down from the lighthouse. It is in lee (shelter) of Alki Point so the marine winds do not blow there. It is always calm and warm, degrees higher than around the point where the north wind blows cool marine air across the water and directly onto the beach. Nice big, private deck to enjoy as you watch the sunsets, gulls, boats, or linger over a leisurely meal. Gas grill,Kayak and row boat for use.

Right on Alki beach with restaraunts and coffee shops just down the beach a block. Next to the picturesque lighthouse. Wonderful beach with firepit and great logs for furniture! The beach is really just out your front door! Truly an amazing property.

Just around the Alki point lighthouse and from a 3 mile, sandy Alki Beach, views of Seattle. Many restaurants/coffee shops on the beach. From my deck you are part of the beautiful sunsets. Drive a very short distance to Seattle waterfront or take a 7 min. water taxi ride to Seattle. Fun!! Ferry terminal to take you to islands for a quick trip: walk-on or drive aboard to experience island life. Eat on our deck or at local, on- the- beach restaurants. Experience an incredible lifestyle!! Relax on the deck with a book as you listen to the waves lapping the shore; also, a great sound to wake up to or lull you to sleep.

Elaine, just wanted to say that we completely enjoyed our stay at your condo. Very clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. The Alki beach area is great, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. We'll stay here again next time we're in Seattle.

The view and sound of the waves right outside your door were priceless. The kids loved playing on the beach and watching the seal pups play. Then, after a long day of sightseeing, it was refreshing to walk down the waterfront to a quaint dinner on Alki Ave.

Our family of 4 loved this cute beach condo. It was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Just a fun walk down the shore to restaurants on Alki beach and also a short drive to hip West Alki with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We loved hearing the sound of the waves and enjoyed sunsets on the deck! What a memorable vacation!

This condo was a haven for our family of 4. It is right on the beach, as advertised, and thus provided entertainment for the kids and relaxation for the adults. It is an easy drive to Seattle from the condo, but it was tempting to never leave the neighborhood. It was clean and well stocked and the owner even left us a snack to eat. We will never stay anywhere else in the Seattle area!
