The rental of this property was very smooth and Sarah/Derrick responsive and easy to work with. We had an issue the last evening where the condo's 4 barbeques were missing (disappointing as we'd bought lots of food at Pike's Market to cook that evening). Derrick allowed us to stay an extra hour from our exit time as recourse. The unit itself was in good condition (as compared to VRBO properties we've stayed at). The kitchen appliances/tools were adequate as well as the bathrooms. Nice view of the Space Needle. Didn't have an opportunity to use the pool or gym. The 2 roof tops decks were wonderful (especially when they have a barbeque!). The location was FABULOUS. We used the bus (including the free downtown bus) quite a bit to get around, but could have easily walked 5-6 blocks to Pike's Market, Seattle Center/Space Needle, Whole Foods or Ralph's, Pioneer Square, Olympic Sculpture Market, etc. LOVED the Chuhuly exhibit at Seatle Center ('day pass' to view in daylight and evening light), glass blowing class (just a few blocks away on 5th between Bell and Blanchard), Dahlia's restuarant for crab cakes and the best banana cream pie, Kerry Pk views (on a sunny day) and the mile long shopping of Upper Queen Anne neighborhood, dozens of art galleries on the east side of the Pioneer Square area (on 3rd) AND cooking classes at Hipcooks Seattle...not to mention other fabulous restaurants/food and wonderful coffee/pastries at the abundance of small coffee shops. This was a semi-anual '3 sister's' gathering (from LA, Chicago, and Minneapolis) and was a wonderfully memorable trip. Note: we amazingly only had one or two 1/2 drizzly days! Note: try to go to Pike's Market on a Monday or other non-cruise ship docking days! Fabulous gluten free pastries on Waterfront St. just down (south) of Beecher's cheese shop. And a wonderful small coffee shop (on Pine/Pike ?) just east of the main entrance/busy street entrance to Pike's Market...for a 'quiet' respid from all the Pike's Market shoppers! Also, on Occidental St. in Pioneer Square...across from the glass shop...is another wonderful coffee shop. Enjoy Seattle!

This is a well appointed 2 bedroom unit that allowed us to park our car for 3 days and enjoy Seattle. Absolutely everything you wanted in Downtown Seattle was within walking distance.
