Very nice house and the owners very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in their property. The house is located very close to downtown Seattle, in a beautiful neighborhood. We were welcomed with delicious homemade bread and and organge juice. It was a pleasure for all our family to stay there. Thanks!! and we hope to visit it again!!

Just perfect for our family of four. Spacious, peaceful, nicely decorated, including a well-appointed kitchen with a deck for al fresco dining or just catching a glimpse of the Sound through the trees. We were welcomed with a delicious loaf of bread from a local bakery and good coffee and o.j. in the refrigerator. Quiet neighborhood, easy bus access to downtown, many restaurants and shops on nearby Queen Anne Drive, a great coffee shop 3 blocks down, and the most beautiful view just a few blocks up (and I do mean UP!)the hill. I look forward to returning someday.

This is our second time staying at the Queen Anne Guesthouse. It is in the perfect location and has all of the necessary amenities for a visit to Seattle. A great coffee shop across the street, a well-stocked grocery store around the corner, all of the things a visitor needs to start the day off right in Seattle. The Apartment comes with all of the items a couple needs - shampoo, soap, towels and a well-stocked kitchen. We look forward to staying there again.

Perfect location for visiting Seattle. I could walk to my Belltown office! Great neighborhood amenities and nice owners. The coffee canister was full and there was a fruit bowl to greet me.
