Description of the Seattle vacation guesthouse rental
* Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed
* Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed
* Bedrooms 3-7: Full Size Beds
* Bedroom 8: Set-up as an office which can be used as a sleeping area
* Decorated Ballroom/Party Room: Accommodates 25-50 persons; has stereo system, wall to wall mirror and nice floor for dining, dancing and entertaining, tables/chairs/chair covers and sashes provided.
May also use air mattresses, sleeping bags or folding beds in the party room for extra sleeping space.
* Big spacious backyard for garden parties, outdoor games, or simply enjoying a BBQ dinner on our propane gas grill. Our 8-person hot tub will be installed in mid February 2013.
