Elegant 5 BR / 3 BA home with lots of space, just 2 blocks from the waterfront and just a few minutes walk from the boutique shops and eateries of downtown Edmonds.

The Rose Garden Home is a large, lovely home with level entry and plenty of space for up to 12 people. Located just blocks from downtown Edmonds, this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is a 25 minute drive from the heart of downtown Seattle. Located north of Seattle, this home is convenient to most north Seattle neighborhoods including Greenwood, Mapleleaf, Green Lake, and even areas north of Seattle such as Lake Forest Park, Shoreline, and even Bothell, all within 20 minutes of the home.

Walk to the waterfront and neighborhood shops and restaurants. Fenced back yard with lawn, and plenty of parking in front with a double carport. The front yard features a lovely garden of roses and perennials for year-round color. Inside, there is a big living room with plenty of seating and a plasma TV, dining table that seats 12, and a large lower level family room with fireplace and comfortable seating. Main floor offers hardwood floors topped with persian carpets, and bedrooms with lovely antique beds and dressers. Each bedroom offers a TV, and most have ceiling fans. The master bedroom offers a full bath tiled in marble with jetted tub. The main floor bath is large offering a shower with seat and toilet room. The lower level bath offers washer & dryer. There is a gas BBQ outside on the patio.

We stayed in this lovely home for a small family reunion. There were 12 of us. We enjoyed the Edmonds area. The home was very comfortable. It was nice that our entire family could relax together and eat meals together. The decor was beautiful.

This charming home was the perfect solution for our family-Edmonds is a delightful town and the house more than met our need to stay together-Several of our guests are elderly and it was much nicer than being spread out in a hotel! The baths are especially generous in size-We highly recommend this property for a large group that needs to stay together.
