Description of the Seattle vacation home rental

Magnificent views of the Puget Sound in this lovely daylight rambler home. Upper level is approx. 2400 sq. ft with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living rm, formal dining rm and huge kitchen with dining area leading to new view decks. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities anyone could want. Only 5 minute drive to the local beach and ferry in Mukilteo. 30 minutes north of downtown Seattle. Less than an hour's driving to the mountains for sking in the winter. Only a 2 hour drive to Vancouver, BC, Canada. Tulalip Casino and outlet shopping 30 minutes north.

Mukilteo is a small beach community in the north Puget Sound just outside of Seattle. Close to Boeing in Everett and Edmonds a little to the south. Microsoft and other major employers only 20 to 30 minutes away. Mukilteo is an affluent residential community with excellent schools, parks, the beach, ferries to the islands and good restaurants and shopping. The home has spectaular water views to enjoy pleasant days and sunset evenings. 1500 sq ft of deck wrap the west side of the house where you can enjoy lazy BBQ's or soak up the sun on some of our beautiful summer days. One side of the property is wooded with a creek below.

There were 6 of us here and all of us had a great time. This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood with everything we needed to make our time here as enjoyable as possible. Diane, the owner of the house, was very easy to contact and pleasant to work with. The home was very clean and with the 3 comfortable bedrooms. Each couple had their privacy and the feeling of being together at the same time. Inside the dinning room, kitchen, living room or master bedroom or on the deck that is outside each of these rooms you have a beautiful view of the Sound and spectacular sunsets. . We were fortunate to be there at the time of a full moon and that was equally as spectacular. We would highly recommend this home for a family or multiple couples like we had. For us 3 couples the price is very fair and offers much more than 3 hotel rooms at a comparable cost. The location is perfect because you are only minutes away from all the sights of the Seattle area. We would stay here again.

I rented this property for three colleagues visiting (for business) from the Bay Area. The rental worked very well for us. The house is only 30 minutes (no traffic) from Seattle. The house is very spacious which allowed us to work effectively from the house. In addition, the common rooms are large and well maintained - we felt like we had a lot of room. The decks are fantastic with great views of the Sound - sunsets were fantastic. I'd strongly recommend the house!
