1000 sq ft, 2 bedroom daylight MIL unit in classic 1920s home. The space has a newly remodeled, bright open kitchen and dining area complete with tile floor and stainless steel gas stove. Apartment attached to residential home with two private entrances which connect to an idyllic fully fenced private back yard complete with grill and patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other is full sized. The rustic living room includes a large television as well as a modern queen sleeper sofa. Washer/dryer & extra supplies, iron, ironing board. Complete kitchen appliances [no dishwasher], dinner & cook wares, linens and towels.

We are located just a few minutes from downtown Seattle and a couple of blocks away from an amazing espresso and pastry shop, a luscious day spa and a great little Italian restaurant. Our home is quickly accessed by cab, car or public transportation via the new light rail and a short bus ride. Enjoy a short walk through two beautiful Olmstead Parks (Frink and Coleman) and easily wind your way down to the shores of Lake Washington, six blocks away. In addition to the businesses listed above, the waterfront has several restaurants, a grocery store, coffee shops, beaches and a bike shop to serve you. This neighborhood is a destination spot for jogging, walking and biking. The ridgeline has pristine views of Mount Rainer, Lake Washington and both the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges. The Seattle Metro bus stop is one block from our doorstep, and takes you directly to the heart of the busling downtown Seattle center. Within minutes you can be on the waterfront, at the Aquarium, the Seattle Art Museum, on a ferry or at the historic Pike Place Market. This is the perfect jumping-off point for fantastic sightseeing, museums, the Seattle Center (which houses the Pacific Science Center, Experience Music Project and Space Needle), Woodland Park Zoo, world renowned restaurants, and all of the outdoor adventure that our surrounding mountains have to offer.
