Description of the Seattle vacation home rental
Spacious high-end remodel offers both space and privacy to large families, several couples, and wedding groups. The house boasts three defined, generous spaces—city view master suite, main floor living and queen suite, and garden level suites and living area. Japanese maples and towering stones grace the front courtyard boasting perhaps the largest pair of terra cotta pots outside of Italy. Through the front door, functional art lights a wide entry furnished with a camelback couch and fireplace. Custom inlaid stairs lead to the city view master suite and bath large enough for a couple and children, a walk-in closet and adjoining office. Dual sliders open onto a 750 square foot deck that views Elliot Bay, downtown Seattle and the Cascades south to Mount Rainier.
On the main level, a Lundgren designed glass door leads to the restored 1929 bath and queen bedroom. Past the formal dining is a temperature controlled wine room and the first of two laundry services. The heart of the home, the main floor great room provides glimpses of Mt. Rainier from southern facing windows and HDTV, Bose surround sound, wireless internet and printing capacity. The granite and stainless kitchen have dual sinks, ovens, prep areas, a Thermador six-burner grill, a warming drawer, separate full size fridge and freezer, an Advantium microwave, and a diamond shaped island.
The garden level suite is a fully self-sufficient area that can be sealed off by a tri-fold metal and glass locking door or remain open to maximize space. The garden-level great room has dual French doors that lead to the Japanese garden and provide a separate entry. A wide open entertaining room houses kitchen, HDTV, and business capabilities. Beauty and function combine in the luxury spa. A mirrored Kohler cabinet supplies wall-mounted water to a sink mounted on architectural glass slab. A heated floor, a towel warmer, and marble-walled steam shower hosts aromatherapy oils and multiple showerheads. Just beyond are king and queen bedrooms with wall-to-wall closets. The queen is a Murphy bed with a face that converts to a desk. Laundry services are provided in a garden-level laundry room.

The West Seattle's Admiral neighborhood is located 10 minutes from downtown Seattle's Pioneer Square, Safeco Stadium, Quest Field, Seattle Art Musuem, and Pike Place Market. West Seattle's upscale groceries, gourmet restraunts, atmospheric bars, Alki Beach and Lincoln Park, and ferries to Seattle and Vashon are just minutes away.
