"This property is truly outstanding... like something out of Architectural Digest... it's paradise!"

"This is the one you want to rent! "
Guest: Lisa (Hawaii)
"The place was even better than it appears on the listing and more comfortable than 90% of the high end places we have stayed in over the last few years. We have rarely been as happy with any rental on any vacation and in fact arrived back home more refreshed and rested than we have been in years."

Whether your vacation dream is action packed or more relaxed, such an ideal location offers temptations for any interest, any season.
With inspiration from a leading Mercer Island designer, the elegantly remodeled log chalet connects you with the surrounding environment, while ensuring your comfort and convenience.
The red oak hardwood floors have been refinished. New stainless steel appliances, custom all wood cabinets, marble backsplash, and blown glass light fixtures adorn the modern gourmet kitchen. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen surrounded by ample quartz countertop working space and two sinks. While a pot simmers on the stove, you can relax at the granite bar top and enjoy a good drink while seated on a leather stool. Finally, toast and enjoy the feast at the butcher block dining table while seated in the high back leather dining chairs.
The great room has a cathedral ceiling and exposed log beams. A new wood burning stove was placed in the center of the living area's wall of windows with optimum views of the fire, the river, and the mountains in mind. Feel at ease on the plump-cushioned oversized sofa while surfing the web from your laptop or climb the rolling bookshelf ladder, grab a book from the library, and curl up in one of the leather armchairs. Opposite the couch is the new 47 inch flatscreen HDTV with Blu Ray DVD Player.
The secluded Master Bedroom Suite is at the opposite end of the home with french doors that open up to the huge three level deck (1,000 Sq Ft). Views from the deck of the river and mountains are enhanced with a black metal frame railing and large glass panes. The Master Bath enriched with slate walls includes a custom walk in shower with two shower heads, a granite countertop vanity with dual sinks, and riverrock pebble flooring. All hardware throughout the Luxurious Riverfront Log Home is satin nickel.
Sleeping areas include three bedrooms plus a loft with plush frieze carpeting. The Master Bedroom and a second large bedroom each have queen beds and the third bedroom and the loft each have two twin beds. Each bed is supplied with the luxurious bedding fabrics you would expect. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms (including two showers) in the home.
Whether you plan to ski, fish on the property, or just snuggle by the fire - our goal would be to provide your party with a wonderful retreat experience. You work hard and you deserve it! Should you need anything else in the Luxurious Riverfront Log Home, we would be willing to do our best to provide it.
Cheers, Wesley, Gina & Atlas

Reviews for this vacation home rental in Seattle, Washington
April 19, 2013
Our family vacation to Washington was excellent, in many ways due to the great experience we had at the riverfront log cabin. We enjoyed the fun rustic getaway of a log cabin in the woods, and all the modern conveniences that make a vacation more comfortable. I really enjoyed hanging out in the living room with the fireplace and the large windows looking over the Snoqualmie river and Mt. Si. Very relaxing. There is also a snail show in the master and lots of other room for other quests. We will rent this VRBO again next time we are in town. Thanks!!

Beautiful cabin! We truly enjoyed our stay and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here! Very clean, secluded, (yet not far from town), staples already in the kitchen (salt, pepper, spices, filters). I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

The lodge was exactly like the pictures on the web site. It was beautiful inside and out. The beds were comfortable and it was just an overall great experience. We wished there was a fan for the stove (maybe there was and we didn't know how to use it?). I think turning around in the parking area may be tricky for larger vehicles, especially if you are parking more than one.

I had a wonderful time. Great location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! This was our first time to Seattle and in my opinion we could not have picked a better house or location. As far as the house goes...it was by far the most comfortable and well-appointed home we have ever rented. The location was perfect and surreal. Owners were terrific. We had a great stay. Can't wait to return.
Superb family holiday at Riverfront Log Home

We would highly recommend a holiday at this beautiful log home and, in fact, we cant wait to come back! The location is fantastic with access to so many trails. The kids had a great time in the garden near the river and the outdoor area was perfect for a family BBQ. The quality of the house is very high and it really felt that we were on holiday and away from city life.
