Description of the Seattle vacation home rental

Make this fantastic townhouse your oasis in the city while visiting Seattle. The first floor features a level entry, 1 car garage with full-size washer and dryer, an office with cable high speed Internet, and a sliding door leading out to the fenced backyard with cement patio and grassy lawn. The second level is a great room with bamboo hardwood floors. The living area has a built-in entertainment hutch with a TV/VCR/DVD player combo and a cozy gas fireplace. A small game table is provided with built-in checkers, backgammon, and Monopoly. Dining area has seating for 4. Kitchen is fully equipped and nicely appointed. There is a small balcony off the living room for sipping your morning coffee. A powder room finishes it off. Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, partial views of downtown Seattle, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two twin beds, that can be made up as a king, and its own full bathroom with a skylight.

This home is located in West Seattle in the Luna Park neighborhood just down the hill from Luna Park Cafe and just a few blocks to the West Seattle Golf Course: http://.seattlegolf/west.php. At the end of the street is Dragonfly Park, which is a green space with a large metal dragonfly sculpture and a trail for walking and biking. The home is located a couple miles from beautiful Alki Beach. Allstar Fitness Center is 2 1/2 blocks away. http://.allstarfitness/west_seattle.htm They have an indoor pool with family swim time. The day-use fee is $15. A couple blocks away you can catch the #54 bus at SW Avalon and Yancy streets. It will get you downtown to the major sites in less than 10 minutes.
