Beautifully furnished, contemporary triplex unit overlooking amazing expansive views from Downtown, to Queen Anne, Olympics and Lake Union. 1000 sq.ft. with original artwork throughout plus 100 sq.ft. furnished deck. Rates subject to change without notice.

May-September Rates:

HOLIDAY RENTALS
High season rates apply to Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years

Add 9.5% tax, then $60 cleaning fee and $49 insurance fee OR $250 security deposit

This triplex is centrally located for easy access to I-5, I-90, South Lake Union, The company that this site forbids me to name but is the biggest search engine who's headquarters are in Fremont, Amazon, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Microsoft, Seattle Cancer Care, Bertchi, Lowell & TOPS Elementary Schools, Seattle Prep, Garfield and Holy Names High Schools, Seattle Central Community College, Seattle University and University Of Washington, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Gastropubs, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Burke Gilman Trail and so much more! There is the 1700 sqft Penthouse, the 1000sqft 1-BD and the 3rd unit is where the owner lives next to a 1-chair salon that she works in 3 days a week and another hairdresser works in 4 days a week. It is surrounded by lush landscaping that is beautifully maintained and frequented by Hummingbirds, Chickadees, Sparrows, Wrens, Stellar Jays and the occasional Sapsucker. You'll have a front row seat to the 4th of July & NYE Space Needle Fireworks displays. Over the last 11 years several guests have extended there stays by a year or two! Both units are rented weekly, monthly and yearly and include All Utilities, Housekeeping, Hi-Speed Internet, Cable, w/HBO, SHO, HULU, NETFLIX & PANDORA. And we are pet friendly!

Great property, amazing views, even better hostess

Saying that our stay exceeded our expectations is an understatement. Not knowing why we couldn't find an available or reasonably priced hotel in or around downtown Seattle over Labor day weekend, we turned to VRBO. After narrowing down to a few choices, we phoned and emailed each one. Angela, the host, was prompt and extremely friendly. Good sign so far. We weren't sure if 1 bedroom would be sufficient, but we took our chances, given that the views seemed excellent. As we approached the day of our trip, Angela was extremely friendly and accommodating, both via email and text messaging. Made us feel very taken care of. On trip day, we messaged her and she was onsite and ready. She greeted us at the door, and gave us a wonderful, personalized tour of the property, and recommendations to nearby attractions/restaurants/watering holes. The property was well appointed, and had everything we needed. Though probably not updated as recently as her penthouse, it was perfect for a casual weekend. We ended up using an air mattress that we brought along with us for a 2nd bed. She has blankets/supplies if you need upon request. And let me tell you about the views. The views were just awesome. Large windows gave unobstructed views of the waterfront, and you could see all the water planes landing and taking off, in amongst all the boats, kayakers, etc. I would highly recommend bringing binoculars or large zoom camera. Though probably not formally approved, we were able to go outside and sit on the ledge of the flat garage roof below, to get even more amazing views, where we could take in more views. What's even more impressive is how quick it is to get to downtown and back. A fast hop onto the interstate and before you know it, you are there. The property is less than a $10 cab ride to all the restaurants and bars in the Capitol Hill area, especially on Pike and Pine. We had no idea what the area was like, but we quickly became acquainted, and we avoided downtown altogether and spent all our time in the local district. What's even better, a late night walk back home was surprisingly fast and easy, even easier if you've had a few drinks!! What looks like it might take an hour+ to walk back was easily accomplished faster than that. We've never been to Seattle before, so we didn't know what to expect. We ended up loving the city, and we are 110% positive that Angela's property played most of the role in that. HIGHLY recommended stay, you will not regret it!

Stunning City Views!

The photos of this rental are very accurate and beautiful. However, in person, the city views are even more breathtaking. The vacation rental was situated in a very ideal location close to downtown, Capitol Hill, UW, and the freeway. My family and I were thrilled with this place as were our guests. Also, the owner was very friendly and easy to reach during our stay whenever I had any questions or concerns. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space was perfect for our 6 month old daughter and my husband and me. We loved this vacation rental and were sad to leave Seattle after one week. I will definitely plan to stay here next spring!
