Description of the Seattle vacation townhouse rental
2 Bedroom, 2 bath, great property for a family or 1-3 couples. 3 Floors, with open kitchen on main floor, living room, patio, 1 bedrooms up and one down. Walk across the street to restaurants, shops, communtiy arts theatre, and more.
A few minutes drove from the popular Lincoln park, waterfront, pool, and trails. Alki beach is a few minutes drive the other direction, downtown Seattle & the piers approx 10-15 minute drive.
Elliot Bay water taxi on Alki has a free shuttle to the boat & there is a stop a block from the townhome. For $4 , this is a great way to take a fun, scenic boat ride to the downtown waterfront and Pike Place Market-without paying for downtown parking.
The airport is approx 20 minutes.

Both the Alki Shuttle for water taxi, and the bus are easy to catch form the townhome. Stops are located 1 block north, at the corner of Alaska & 42nd. Bus takes you directly downtown, Alki water taxi shuttle goes to the boat, directly to Pikes Place Market.

Great Time!

We had a great time at this townhome. It is very roomy and comfortable for two families. Anne (owner) was very helpful and accommodating. The view from the third floor patio is fantastic. The master bathroom with dual shower heads was a treat. It was a great relaxing retreat for the last few days of our Seattle vacation.

We loved the town-home. It was clean, stylish, great view from master bedroom loft and plenty of room for the rest of our group. There were many great conveniences, including the location- A short drive and we could get to many great Seattle locations but charming enough to relax and enjoy the local stores and restaurants. We look forward to visiting again!

Magnificent top floor townhouse, extremely comfortable and lots of room to spread out in, Great outdoor deck with tremendous views of downtown Seattle. Recommend it to all, owners are very helpful.

This property in Seattle was perfect for our needs. As a family of 5, we had enough place for everybody. It was comfortable, pretty and very well-equipped. We would recommand it to any family travelling to Seattle, a city we enjoyed a lot. However, it is quite far from downtown Seattle, but the neighborhood is still nice. Overall, we would rent it again any day!
