Enjoy this newly remodeled 1800 sq. ft. three bedroom, two bath beautiful home, located in a quiet neighborhood that backs to a tree and wildlife area. Enjoy the privacy of the screened in heated pool, that is maintained weekly.

The remodeled, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar seating for 2, in addition a kitchen nook(seats 4). The dining room will comfortably seat 8 and is adjacent to the patio. The oversized sliding doors open to the covered patio and screened in pool.

The master suite has a new king size mattress and features a remodeled oversized shower and bathroom and bathroom.

The second full and third bedroom are located opposite of the mastersuite, for added privacy. A great feature for families enjoying the home together.

The second bedroom has a new queen size mattress.

The second full bathroom, is located by the second and third bedroom. An additional bathroom door gives direct access to the pool.

The third bedroom has pull out sofa for an additional sleeping area. Total available sleep space is 6. The bedroom doubles as an office and is equipped with wireless internet access.

Amentities: Phone, airconditioning, direct tv, flatscreen tv in great room and kitchen, dvd/vcr, stereo, fully equipped kitchen to include cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker. Linens, bath & swim towels provided. Lovely patio furniture comfortably seats 12. Pool rafts and toys. Beach and sand toys, board games. Washer/dryer, private heated pool, 2 car garage, Gas Grill (BBQ). No smoking. No pets.

Activites (on site or nearby): Nearby beautiful beach with fantastic surfing at the Sebastian Inlet State Park. Enjoy surfing, boogie boarding,shelling, sunbathing, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and more. The park is known for it's secluded beaches. There are several nearby golf courses. The Vero Beach Disney resort offers character breakfasts and is within 15 minutes. You may rent a boat to cruise the nearby Indian River.

Pelican Island Wildlife Refuge is 15 minutes away. Also the Indian River Mall is within 15 minutes. The lovely Sebastian Riverfront has many restaurants and a path for biking, rollerblading or jogging and is within 10 minutes. Sebastian is known for it's fishing, both inland and offshore. Spend the day on a charter catching grouper, redfish, tuna, mahi-mahi, etc.. Andretti Thrill Park is in nearby Melbourne. Vero Beach is known for it's boutique shopping and fine dining restaurants and is 20 minutes away. The Orlando attractions are only 90 minutes away, or swim with the dolphins in Miami, just 75 miles away. For the thrill seeker, there is Skydiving available at the Sebastian Airport. Closeby is the Sebastian Aquatic Park equipped with slides, water cannon, bubbles a lap pool and more. It's ideal for children of all ages.
