Description of the Sebastian vacation home rental

Home is on a lake with north views.All areas tiled. Newly remodeled,with matching stainless appliances.Is furnished with one king size bed, one double bed and one single bed.50'' tv in living room. 27 '' tv in Master 12'' tv in other bed rooms. Plates silverware, glasses pots and pans, towels two sets of sheets per bed ,micro coffee pot .Living room has couch,recliner,glider, coffee table and end tables Great sound system for tv or dvd or radio. View from living room couch at lake is very wonderful.also from dinning room table or master bed room.all bed rooms have tvs fenced private yard on very quiet street. Cable tv elect water garbage collection all included. No hidden fees. Gold may be found on near buy ocean beach as there are treasure ships off shore. (NO Mortgage) home is very clean. The seawall is about 3 feet above the lake level. The grass has improved with the rain over the summer. NO large dogs, but no cats. I am always interested in this property and feed-back. thank-you

Love the water view

January 20, 2013

Lying in bed we could watch the day begin as the sun rose and highlighted the trees and the water off the back yard. It is peaceful with town a bicycle ride away and the eateries a delight. The home is spacious and has most everything we could ask for. Dennis has been wonderful, here when we need him and wanting this to be a great experience for us requests we just ask him if there is something we need. The home is older but not ignored and is maintained. Newer appliances & bedding, better than adequate furniture, terrific stereo and tv are what you will find here. We have been very happy here.

Fantastic rental in safe residential area !!

This rental home was even better than we could have hoped for, no surprises, very clean to spotless. Three bedrooms with comfy beds and two bath with great showers and lots of hot water pressure. From the first day of arrivial we felt comfortable, the owner Dennis was very concerned that all was well and that we were happy. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the whole experience and we also fell in love with Sabastian itself, great fishing, dining and arts in the area. Our only regret was not staying longer....Thank you Dennis and we shall return...Tom and Cherie.
