Description of the Sebastian vacation home rental

House is fully furnished with comfortable furniture and mattresses. Three bedrooms and two baths with a two car garage. Master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom has a shower and soaking tub with a vanity with two sinks. Large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share a hallway bathroom. One room has two twin beds the other has a pull out sofa. Central AC, all appliances along with washer and dryer. There are covered patios front and back with comfortable wicker seating. Linens are provided along with cookware and all
dining essentials, including a BBQ and patio set. Beach chairs and boogie boards are in the garage.
Basic Cable TV in living room & all bedrooms.

The newly redesigned Sebastian Municipal Golf Course adjoins the community. The public 18 hole, par 72 course also features a driving range, practice green, lessons and the Eagle's Nest Restaurant.

The home is conveniently located in beautiful Sebastian, Florida. Visit the nearby waterfront district with the charm of the 1800's fishing village, including a 2-mile riverwalk. Marinas, fishing piers and restaurants line the banks of the Indian River here, only moments
from your vacation home.
