Not Happy

August 22, 2011

First, this house is not ADA accessible. There are no bars around the toilet or tub; the tub has a large step in front of it. The garage door trapped us in the house for several hours the first day. Later the garage door slammed down on top of my car and would not shut properly. A neighbor came and fixed it but the landlord deducted $450 from my deposit for a working garage door. He does not return phone calls or respond to emails. He led me to believe that I would rent another property for the winter and changed his mind because the neighbor reported that I did not park my car properly....I was scared of that garage door. In addition, he did not call or email to let me know this. Repeated attempts to contact him, his brother, or sister have been fruitless.
