Description of the Sebastian vacation home rental

This house is in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. Grocery Stores and Pharmacies are within 2 miles. Pets are allowed as long as they are small. This rental is newly furnished as of October 1st 2010 and that includes new mattresses, bedding, and linens as well. This house comes with washer and dryer, dish washer, wireless internet, basic cable, 2 tv's one 55inch in the living room and one 27inch in the master bedroom. It also has a fully inclosed porch 10x22. Room wise this house has a living room, great room, dining room, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, and a 2 car garage. The garage has a screened door as well in for those who wish to sit out there as well. All activities are 2-10 miles away. Wabasso Beach is about 5 miles away and Sebastian Inlet is about 10 miles away. Please call for muti-month discount.

Area Information

This property is located in Sebastian Florida. It is about a 5 minute travel to the beach and a 10 minute travel to the downtown area of Vero Beach. This property is in a quiet neighborhood and pets are allowed as long as they are smaller animals. It is 10 minutes to the local movie theatre and 10-15 minutes to any acting theatre and art museum. There are gyms located 5 minutes away from this house as well. There are plenty of restaurants within 5-15 minutes of this house ranging from formal, dine-in, buffet, fast food, and breakfast and these are all different varieties. The Indian River Mall is 10 minutes away and the Vero Beach Outlet Mall is 15 minutes away.

Got off to a rocky start since the house was to dirty to be usable when we first tried to move in. After negotiations with the owner most issues were resolved, the house was cleaned and we moved in 2 days late. The owner was most helpful after that fixing everything we requested. The house is large with lots of living space in a really quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was small with little in the way of bakeware and glasses. Found the water odor forced us to use bottled water. Seemed a little pricey given that the home seemed dated but would go back again because the neighbors were friendly and it was a great home for our dog.
