Description of the Sedona vacation apartment rental

Beautiful setting in the heart of Cathedral Valley. The view of Cathedral Rock from this location is fantastic. Nice spacious bedroom with 1 king bed, bath has large shower and storage. Sat TV, Wifi, full kitchen with breakfast area, sweet patio overlooking fruit trees and fountain. This unit is great for that romantic week or just a getaway. Setting is out of town but within 5 minutes to West Sedona making this a truly great Sedona experience. Hiking trails all around the property, including bike trails for mountain or biking. The creek is 15 min. walk from house.

Area Information

The surrounding area has pleny of hiking, swimming kayaking. Sedona offers many tours and treks for things to do. The astounding beauty of the area rivals no place on earth, bringing many spirtual and healing people from all over the world.

Such a Peaceful Retreat

We stayed in the very spacious apartment for 2 nights, slept wonderfully soundly. It was so quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching the birds coming to feed at the numerous bird feeders and then seeing them splashing in the water fountain. Carolyn and Gary have made the apartment very welcoming, plenty of space, lots of natural light but we especially loved looking out on their patio garden where they are still creating new landscaping features. W e didn’t have red rock views from inside the apartment but just step outside and Cathedral Rock is there right in front of you. Carolyn has another delightful but smaller rental on the premises, The Casita, and that is completely separated from the apartment on the other side of the property. There is a hot tub available in a shared patio area. We were more than happy with full kitchen facilities, a gas BBQ, eat-in kitchen area overlooking the garden. Terrific location right among the red rocks. We’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed at the apartment for 1 month. We were really able to see how amazing this rental property really is. The owner's Carolyn, Gary, & Chico (dog) were amazing and very accommodating. The location can not be beat, it is close to hiking, biking, and access to the creek. The apartment was perfect and we also had the opportunity to see the Casita, which would rival any 4-5 star resort room in Sedona. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE!

I have been visiting Sedona for 12 years and have stayed in over a dozen resorts, cabins and hotels. This is the one I long to return to. It simply is the full package for me. Perfect views, comfy beds, upscale bathrooms and decor and little trafffic. We just love the chiminea, the gas grills, the hot tub, the biking and hiking, the pet friendly policy. Owner Carolyn is a welcoming and attentive inn keeper. We have stayed in some nice places but for view, small size of inn, it cannot be beat. We rented the apartment and casita at the same time. We brought a grown daughter, a 2 year old boy, 2 small dogs and a pair of bikes. We were awestruck by Crescent Moon Park just 1.8 miles away. We walked the Oak Creek Canyon trails to the base of Cathedral Rock, the old mill, the old orchards, just amazing. Vortex central if you are drawn to those things, it's just wildly beautiful and satisfying. The Star Gazing is phenominal from the property as well. Love the friendly dog Chico that lives there, what a sweetie. We will be back soon.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 poodles and we loved it! I would say though make sure to bring soap and extra toilet paper as there was no soap and not enough toilet paper for a weeks stay. :-) This was a great deal though and I would highly suggest this rental to anyone! the owners were welcoming and wonderful!

This was just what I was looking for! a Casita with a veiw of Cathedral Rock. The room was equiped with a separate kitchen and beautiful bathroom. The bedroom had a desk perfect for my computer and CD player. It was very clean and comfortable. It's only 10 minutes from the heart of Sedona.
