We were disappointed that the hot tub was dirty, gas bar b que was not working and we were unable to use the internet. When we contacted the owner he responded to one item, but it was not followed through while we were there. The home was clean and comfortable but we had chosen this place because of these three items, and disappointed that they were not available .

The area is one of the most beautiful in the Southwest! The cottage was nice & this is the 1st time we have EVER stayed in Sedona, although living in Phx we have been in Flagstaff many times. A lot of property maintenance is needed before things get too bad! First, juniper trees needed major trimming as we could NOT see the scarlet cliffs from the property, which in our opinion, when built, was the reason both properties were built in that location. Many standard maintenance items needed addressing, i.e., kitchen sink faucet did not work correctly. Kitchen cabinet doors were falling off. 1 bedroom was missing cabinet doors. Mini blinds were torn & broken & vertical blinds in a bedroom did NOT work at all & they were twisted into weird shapes from the sun, we think. This unit had amazing potential & it was a truly beautiful place at 1 time, probably during the 60's or early 70's, not sure. Appears to have been remodeled at some point. There was info on how to use bungi cords to hold the spa cover outside, but they were broken so we had to take the cover off. Part of the cover had deteriorated. Only a few jets in the spa worked, but we weren't sure if that was done on purpose or not. We did not stay in long, as outdoor temp was warm but we were surprised at the basic condition. The water was clean & hot, but sadly, the spa cover was falling apart. We owned our own spa years ago & maintenance was constant & required to keep the deterioration minimal. We had problems with ants, which is to be expected, but they were coming in from kitchen window screens that did not fit correctly. There was a large spider in our grandson's room on the wall which we were able to remove to the outdoors. All in all it was such a cute cottage....it just needed love & maintenance...along with some furniture that was NOT early attic. Yes, it's a rental, but please! Chairs that depressing aren't very inviting. Hopefully the owner will revisit its needs!

thank goodness we only had reserved this cabin for a 2 night stay. the musty, stale odor thru out was overwhelming, a scented candle didn't even help, there were ants crawling all over the kitchen & the carpet. all of the furniture was shabby , smelly & we could only sit down by putting down towels 1st. there were cobwebs in all of the windows, the bed linens were not clean or washed recently, could see impressions in the sheets from the previous guests. we slept on towels that we laid on top of the bed covers. the location was difficult to find even with the detailed directions we were given. the outside deck was not safe, the railing was loose & deteriorated. the interior walls were all painted brightly in what could only be described as "odd & obscure artwork". perhaps as an artists' retreat it might be considered interesting but we found it to be ugly, unattractive, & ridiculous. after sitting on the carpet for a short while, we discovered bug bites on our feet & legs. both bathrooms were clean but the same décor , walls painted with the same obscure art work. no cleaning fee was required , and we would have gladly paid for one, perhaps that might be a suggestion for the owner. the price was very reasonable at $125. per night & now we know why . we got we paid for .. not much , just shelter from the elements.

The house is a great value. It is very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows could be improved, but this is a minor complaint. The location is perfect. Very convenient to town.

Overall, GREAT value for the price and accommodations were fine....not luxiourious. Beds comfortable. Everything was clean and in working order. Any issues were resolved quickly and professionally. We (3 sisters) had a relaxing time and would return!

We spent two nights in Beyond Heaven. For the price, it was a good value. The location was also good, close to Tlaquepaque and uptown shops. The beds were comfy and there were laundry facilities. Our only beef was that the advertized view was the view from a different unit. There was no view from our unit. We could only see a little from a small gap in the junipers if we sat in a certain spot. Also, while there was a dishwasher, there was no dish washer soap or dish soap of any kind.

We stayed in the "Beyond Heaven" cottage. Absolutely beautiful cottage. Everything was in good working condition. Had everything we needed and wanted in a vacation rental. Within walking distance of our favorite shopping area and French Restaurant in Sedona. Wish we could have stayed longer. Working with the owner was convenient and easy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Sedona for a week, and we hope to return again someday.

We had three great weeks in Sedona. The Heaven is Already Here cottage is simply furnished but quite comfortable. The accommodations were pleasant and the scenery from the deck were fabulous. The location is so convenient. We will rent it again next summer if it is available.

Beautiful house, awesome location, you can see the mountains from the front and back of house. Everything worked in the house, cable and high speed internet worked excellent. Nice large bathroom and kitchen. Gas fireplace worked great. I would definitely stay there again. Brewer Trial just down the road from the house, you can take this trial all the way to the Airport Mesa Overlook and get a spectacular view.

The little house is located close to town but just far enough out to feel like it's in the country. Everything you need is in the house, even a gas fireplace and deck with hottub. The beds were comfy. The only thing that could make it better would be to have more than the one bathroom. The owner left a note to let us know how to contact him if necessary, but we didn't and he left us completely alone. It was heavenly!

The cottage was beautiful and very comfortable for me and my family. We had a lovely time and the transactions was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone.

We stayed for 6 nights in the Beyond Heaven Cottage, very fun and funky art work give the cottage great charm. We liked the fact that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the cottage affording more privacy for everyone. It was well-equipped and very comfortable, gas fireplace was nice on a couple of cold nights we had. Bob was very easy to work with, we would highly recommend this cottage to anyone who wants some peace and quiet in a great location in Sedona.

We had a wonderful stay at Heavenly Guest Cottages. We loved the unique artistic atmosphere of our cottage. It was very comfortable and quite. We loved that it was so close to town that we could walk to where we wanted to go. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We would recommend it as a very relaxing and affordable place to stay while in Sedona.

This is a nice, clean two bedroom house. It feels very private on the hot tub porch and it is a nice spot to enjoy a glass of wine and the hot tub. It also is a nice walk to Tlaquepaque Arts Center but it is quite a walk to other shopping and restaurants. Flipping a switch for an instant fireplace is a next best thing to a real fire! The owner Bob is also a pleasure to work with.

It was great, very clean. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. Beautiful kitchen and baths. Nice fresh paint. Hope to go again and defiantly recommend it.

Great location, comfortable beds, reasonable price for the area - all in all we were very happy with our cottage. The owner was pleasant to deal with and respected our privacy. The only negative was that the hot tub could be seen from the adjacent cottage. Much better than staying in a hotel.

We can't say anything negative about the cottage. It was quaint, nicely decorated, Nice beds and quiet. The views are fantastic and the Hot Tub was so nice and relaxing. The back patio was great to sit on and relax and enjoy those spectacular views of Sedona. The owners went out of their way to make it comfortable and easy to stay. They were so responsive with anything that we needed. We would highly recommend this cottage and will be coming back.

I couldn't have picked more perfect accomodations for my recent Sedona trip. The cottage was large with a fantastic kitchen and all appliances at our disposable. The master bedroom has an awesome deck/hot tub condo with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. It was fantastic starting the day with a cup of coffee on the patio enjoying the peaceful and gorgeous views. It is a close walk to town and art galleries, and the cottage is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend staying here. When I return I will always choose Heaven's already Here cottage.

This was the second stay at Heavenly Guest Cottages and we were just as happy as the first stay. Personal touches throughout the house added to the charm of the place. Our friends enjoyed the stay and were in awe of how just like home it felt. The view was beautiful, the spa was enjoyed and the firelplace at night was warm and cozy. We had a beautiful view of the mountains as it snowed too.

This lovely cottage is owned and operated by equally lovely family. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The views though not mentioned to much were just great! I will never stay in a hotel again
September 27, 2008
It was a great little hideaway from the everyday hussle. The night was great so many stars to see! The only thing that happened was one of the people in my party ended up with cactus prickers on their ankle. Waych out for the cactus growing over the driveway. You could run it over with your car if you are not careful. Other than that it was a great experience. The oweners are very friendly and helpful!

We had a nice time in Sedona and enjoyed our stay. The home met our needs for relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the views after a long day of hiking. We slept well at night as well.

This cottage is next to forested land - with a little searching you can find the trail to the Airport vortex behind the house. It is also within walking distance of Tlaquepaque Artist's village. Our family of 5 was comfortable here - I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The owners were very responsive and helpful. The location was great -- close to the downtown area and convenient to local attractions. "Beyond Heaven" worked perfectly for our small reunion group.

This was so much better than staying in any hotel or bed & breakfast. You had your privacy and plenty of space. It felt very comfortable staying there. The jacuzzi was great. Especially after going on a long hike. We have referred the Heavenly Guest Cottages to all of our friends and hopefully will be going back soon.

I was looking for a quiet place far from the madding crowd to relax and to re-focus. Your place is impeccably clean, comfortable, and well thought out. Thanks so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Celebrating our 4th year wedding anniversary, we wanted to try something different and relaxing. This little Haven provided us with renewed energy, peace of mind, and a meditative sense to allow us to slow down. Thank you for allowing us to share your piece of Heaven.
