Description of the Sedona vacation cottage rental
Both cottages border the National Forestry Land where hiking trails lead up to the 2nd most powerful vortex in Sedona where there are 360-degree views of the famous red rock formations including Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock and others.
We are within walking distance to Oak Creek with private trails and grassy knolls and cascading water. We are also a short walk to world-class art galleries, one-of-a-kind gift shops and a fine array of dining. The cottages have all you need with fully stocked kitchens, linens and much more.

HEAVEN'S ALREADY HERE is a private stand-alone guest cottage with hot tub and private red rock views off deck.
Accommodations designed in harmony with the rich heritage of the Southwest are blended with all of the essential elements of uncompromising comfort to create an atmosphere of total peace and tranquility.
We have 2 bedrooms including a sleigh bed in the master bedroom and 1 generous shared bath with tub and shower, red rock views from master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, and private deck, cathedral ceilings, romantic gas fireplace, country kitchen, separate dining area and breakfast bar. Sleeps 4-6 people with an extra double-sized futon that stows away at night.
BEYOND HEAVEN also known as "The Artist Cottage" is a private stand-alone guest cottage with private deck and awe-inspiring views and unique wall art.
We have a private deck with red rock views and a gas grill, romantic gas fireplace, country kitchen, dining area and extra breakfast bar and cathedral ceilings
We have 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 private baths complete with tub and showers on opposite sides of the house for privacy. Sleeps 6-8 people with a pullout sofa bed and an extra double-sized futon that stows away at night.
The main difference between 'Heaven's Already Here' and 'Beyond Heaven' guest cottages is that 'Heaven's Already Here' has the 'hot tub' but 'Beyond Heaven' is more spacious at 1300 square feet and has more privacy for larger parties. Heaven's Already Here is 950 square feet with a shared generous bathroom.
We are within walking distance to Oak Creek with grassy knolls and cascading water. We are close to world-class art galleries, unique gift shops and a fine array of dining. The cottage is designed in harmony with the Southwest and blends all of the essential elements of comfort to create total peace and tranquility.
Activities:
Hiking, Swimming, Fishing, World Class Golf Resorts, Jeep tours, Hot Air Balloon rides, Airplane/Helicopter rides, Horseback riding, Old Indian Ruins, Old Cooper Mining Town, Casino and much more. Flagstaff is a 30-minute drive away where there are Snow Sports including skiing and the Grand Canyon is a 2-hour drive.

Overall, GREAT value for the price and accommodations were fine....not luxiourious. Beds comfortable. Everything was clean and in working order. Any issues were resolved quickly and professionally. We (3 sisters) had a relaxing time and would return!

We stayed in the "Beyond Heaven" cottage. Absolutely beautiful cottage. Everything was in good working condition. Had everything we needed and wanted in a vacation rental. Within walking distance of our favorite shopping area and French Restaurant in Sedona. Wish we could have stayed longer. Working with the owner was convenient and easy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Sedona for a week, and we hope to return again someday.

We had three great weeks in Sedona. The Heaven is Already Here cottage is simply furnished but quite comfortable. The accommodations were pleasant and the scenery from the deck were fabulous. The location is so convenient. We will rent it again next summer if it is available.

Beautiful house, awesome location, you can see the mountains from the front and back of house. Everything worked in the house, cable and high speed internet worked excellent. Nice large bathroom and kitchen. Gas fireplace worked great. I would definitely stay there again. Brewer Trial just down the road from the house, you can take this trial all the way to the Airport Mesa Overlook and get a spectacular view.

Heaven's Already Here

The little house is located close to town but just far enough out to feel like it's in the country. Everything you need is in the house, even a gas fireplace and deck with hottub. The beds were comfy. The only thing that could make it better would be to have more than the one bathroom. The owner left a note to let us know how to contact him if necessary, but we didn't and he left us completely alone. It was heavenly!

We stayed for 6 nights in the Beyond Heaven Cottage, very fun and funky art work give the cottage great charm. We liked the fact that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the cottage affording more privacy for everyone. It was well-equipped and very comfortable, gas fireplace was nice on a couple of cold nights we had. Bob was very easy to work with, we would highly recommend this cottage to anyone who wants some peace and quiet in a great location in Sedona.

We had a wonderful stay at Heavenly Guest Cottages. We loved the unique artistic atmosphere of our cottage. It was very comfortable and quite. This is a nice, clean two bedroom house. It feels very private on the hot tub porch and it is a nice spot to enjoy a glass of wine and the hot tub. It also is a nice walk to Tlaquepaque Arts Center but it is quite a walk to other shopping and restaurants. Flipping a switch for an instant fireplace is a next best thing to a real fire! The owner Bob is also a pleasure to work with.

Great location, comfortable beds, reasonable price for the area - all in all we were very happy with our cottage. The owner was pleasant to deal with and respected our privacy. The only negative was that the hot tub could be seen from the adjacent cottage. Much better than staying in a hotel.

We can't say anything negative about the cottage. It was quaint, nicely decorated, Nice beds and quiet. The views are fantastic and the Hot Tub was so nice and relaxing. The back patio was great to sit on and relax and enjoy those spectacular views of Sedona. The owners went out of their way to make it comfortable and easy to stay. They were so responsive with anything that we needed. We would highly recommend this cottage and will be coming back.

Perfect little getaway

I couldn't have picked more perfect accomodations for my recent Sedona trip. The cottage was large with a fantastic kitchen and all appliances at our disposable. The master bedroom has an awesome deck/hot tub condo with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. It was fantastic starting the day with a cup of coffee on the patio enjoying the peaceful and gorgeous views. It is a close walk to town and art galleries, and the cottage is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend staying here. When I return I will always choose Heaven's already Here cottage.

This was the second stay at Heavenly Guest Cottages and we were just as happy as the first stay. Personal touches throughout the house added to the charm of the place. Our friends enjoyed the stay and were in awe of how just like home it felt.The view was beautiful, the spa was enjoyed and the firelplace at night was warm and cozy. We had a beautiful view of the mountains as it snowed too.

It was a great little hideaway from the everyday hussle. The night was great so many stars to see! The only thing that happened was one of the people in my party ended up with cactus prickers on their ankle. Waych out for the cactus growing over the driveway. You could run it over with your car if you are not careful. Other than that it was a great experience. The oweners are very friendly and helpful!

This cottage is next to forested land - with a little searching you can find the trail to the Airport vortex behind the house. It is also within walking distance of Tlaquepaque Artist's village. Our family of 5 was comfortable here - I'd definitely recommend staying here.

This was so much better than staying in any hotel or bed & breakfast. You had your privacy and plenty of space. It felt very comfortable staying there. The jacuzzi was great.
