confortable peaceful place
February 8, 2013
This cottage is a wonderful place to relax and stay. It is tastefully decorated, with very comfortable furniture and a fully equiped kitchen. All you need is the food you want to eat. The beds are also very comfortable. We needed heat and the house was very comfortable. There are 2 drawers full of DVD's to choose from for movie watching. The owner could not have been nicer and more helpful when we had a question. It has a wonderful patio area that is ideal for outside sitting. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and attractions. I would definately recommend it to friends (or strangers) and will definately return.

December might not be everyone's idea of the best time to travel to Sedona but it was perfect for me. An unexpected bonus is the view from the cottage of the surrounding red rocks. With the foliage off most of the trees the view is amazing. There is still plenty of greenery around the house even at that time of year and the cottage and its setting are truly beautiful. The cottage more than exceeded our expectations and we felt like we were "home" from the minute we walked in the front door. The owner is a wonderful hostess who went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would rent the cottage again and hope to return to Sedona in the near future.
I am delighted to hear that the cottage felt instantly like "home" to you. I frequently stay at a vacation rental cottage in Ireland that stimulates this same feeling in me and I am convinced that my comfort level in the home and the ease at which I settle into the space greatly enhances my overall experience in the area every time I visit. I look forward to your return and am confident you will find your second visit to be just as wonderful as the first!

Serene Comfort - Happy Times
July 4, 2012
After having been blessed with finding this property, corresponding with Michele, the delightful and attentive owner, and spending a week here, all we can say is that we are coming back someday - and hopefully sooner than later. What a serene cottage in a charmingly quiet and verdant neighborhood. Private yet close to the heart of Sedona. We were so delighted by the experience of waking to the sound of birds and sunshine filtering through the trees, walking out to see the red earthen paths between the lovingly landscaped gardens, sitting out on the nicely masoned stone patio and having our home-made breakfast, designing our days with the help of the books, binders and brochures all provided by Michele as part of the amenities...we had such a lovely time. We appreciate it - all of it - and recommend it highly, but , save room for us :)

The house was just as described in the rental ad, the pics were all true and the house was just what we'd hoped for. This home was roomy and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the gardens and neighbourhood. This was the perfect home away from home for us while we enjoyed the hills of Sedona. Having used this rental site before, we were pleased once again to have success with our choice.

Simple tranquility, perfect location
August 3, 2011
My sister and I were visiting Sedona on family business and needed to stay in West Sedona, in order for close access to where we needed to be. This cottage was in a perfect location for our needs. It is a simple and very clean, comfortable little house, with a great studio apartment option for additional room. The kitchen is well furnished and we prepared several elaborate meals there. The outside yard area is the nicest feature, with a very cozy, and comfortable seating area, with a lot of nice, cool shade. There is a very nice collection of books that we enjoyed throughout our week there. The owner, Michele, was so friendly and helpful and she was flexible with us on figuring out the dates we were there for. The house has been well cared for and well loved over the years and it has a very relaxing, tranquil atmosphere. We would stay there again in the future.
Relaxing & cozy

This cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sedona. The outdoor space is amazing .. even has fruit trees. Apples to pick and take along hiking. Will go back there for sure! Loved it!

The cottage was very comfortable, convenient to Sedona attractions and reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful home away from home
April 20, 2009
We stayed in this cottage for a week. It comfortably sleeps 3 people, has a second bathroom available, and full kitchen and washer and dryer. Very convenient! The owner has set up a fabulous garden. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and we did not get a chance to enjoy it. I would return to this home again in the future.
A Delightful Stay in Sedona
October 28, 2008
My husband and I were blessed to stay at this cozy cottage for a number of weeks in April 2008. It was an incredible time of year. While Sedona may be in the desert, the property surrounding the cottage was abundantly green - in fact the lilacs and lots of other fragrant foliage came into bloom while we were there. The twinkly-light lit patio is fabulous for evenings outdoors and morning coffee or meditating - with lots of comfy lawn furniture, a large gas bargecue and a real wood burning fireplace. The neighborhood is also very green so walking in the area is very pleasant. This was a perfect place for us to relax and regroup during a very stressful time in our lives.
Charming, Peaceful Retreat
October 27, 2008
This cottage was the perfect lodging for my recent retreat to Sedona. The location was extremely convenient for exploring the town and surrounding wilderness. There is even a spectacular view of the red rocks right up the road from the house – an easy evening or morning stroll to remind you of the area’s usual beauty. But the cottage was a retreat in of of itself. It is located on a quiet, residential street, and opens up to a private garden. The garden is surprisingly lush considering Sedona’s location in the high desert, and I found it to be extraordinarily peaceful. The house itself is nicely decorated, and quite comfortable. Full windows and sliding glass doors provide lots of natural light and views of the garden. The cache of funny movies and wide-range of metaphysical books in the library were excellent entertainment for some cozy evenings at home. I slept well, and left feeling calm and rejuvenated. This will be my first choice for any future trips to Sedona.
Excellend Sedona stay
October 24, 2008
This house was an ideal place to stay during my visit to Sedona. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go, with the option to walk to many shops and a grocery store. The most notable and enjoyable feature of this house is the lush garden that completely surrounds it. It's located on a quiet residential street, adding to the peaceful quality of the property. The view of the surrounding red rock from the top of the street (a three minute walk) is spectacular. The house was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. The library is full of books on a wide variety of metaphysical topics and gave me as much reason to relax at the house as to go out and explore! Highly recommended.

About:I started visiting Sedona almost 30 years ago for spiritual activities, my love of nature (great hiking opportunities), and to explore nearby archaeological sites. My heart was captured on my first visit and I decided then that I would eventually move to the area- - which I did in 1992. At the time...
