This Sedona neighborhood is beautiful for its views, wildlife, and the many pueblo style custom homes. It is upscale and very safe. The properties are mostly unfenced (except for horse corrals) giving it that wide-open Southwestern feeling. There are numerous hiking, biking, and ATV trails in the Sedona area.

The house is as good as advertised, felt at home almost immediately. A bit remote on a dirt road, but much better than being in a subdivision. Would prefer if a little closer to Sedona in terms of distance, but does provide easy access to areas in the south such as Jerome. It also allows you to repeat the beautiful drive into Sedona, if you don't mind the 40 minute round trip drive each day. I would definitely recommend to a family or group. It's very nice to have your own private space, away from the crowd of downtown Sedona. And you don't have to eat every meal at a restaurant as you would staying at a hotel. Only negative - the crickets were a bit loud for me at night which is what you get with country living, but we also saw a coyote in the back yard which was cool. Overall rating, 10/10.
