Wonderful upscale home in the Heart of Sedona. Star Gazers Delight no lite pollution from this property just stars and red rock views and nature. Close to all amenities such as tourist district, restaurants, movies, markets, shopping , art galleries and many hiking trails. I have a hiking pass for your use. This is a very special home situated on 2 1/2 acres IN SEDONA. You are 5 minutes to the center of town. Great location, away yet close to everything. You have hiking trails out the front door. Situated close to forest service so you have red rocks and trees as your back yard. This beautiful home has 20 ft high wood ceilings with skylights galore, hardwood floors, walls of windows, wood burning fireplace , gourmet kitchen with a 12 ft granite island great for entertaining. All bedrooms are large with high ceilings and picture windows.
One of the special features of the home is the wrap around deck with views in all directions. Imagine waking up and having coffee on the deck or an evening watching the stars. No light pollution from this site. Star gazing is amazing.
Care takers on premises for your convenience. the home is duplex style. The vacation rental which is over 3400 sq ft has 4 bedrooms , den, 3 1/2 bths,large opened living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, high 20 ft ceilings ,a wrap around deck for added outside enjoyment. Red Rock views in all directions. It is a beautiful home for you to enjoy.
Guests return time and again they are more then pleasantly surprised with the home. The rental process is simple and I am easy to work with call or e mail for any questions or concerns you may have.

Area Information

Located in West Sedona of off Dry Creek Road in a great area of beautiful homes. You are close to hiking trails, shopping,, movies, art galleries, (I have a hiking pass for your use which is required at most trails) . Great house with great views. You will be very happy with this home. Great location large space . Room and privacy for all .

Outstanding View of the Red Rocks

We have been to Sedona many times but have never stayed at a location with such a beautiful view. We enjoyed relaxing and eating on the deck with the red rocks all around. The location is very convenient to Sedona uptown and still gives the feeling of being in the country. It also provided a great base for the Film Festival as we managed to take in 28 films during our visit. We sharred the cabin with two other couples and managed to get in some hiking between movies. The great room with it's dining area was ideal for the late suppers after the movies when we chose to eat it. After supper we enjoyed the cozy fireplace and greatly appreciated the supply of dry firewood.

Amazing views

This beautiful Sedona house couldn't have been more perfect for a family vacation. All the comforts of home and tons of space to spread out and relax after a long day of hiking. The home has a deck that goes all around the house and each view is more beautiful than the next. The sun rise from the master bedroom can't be missed! The home was very clean and the large kitchen was perfect for our family holiday gathering. It was an extra bonus that the home owners were close by incase we needed anything. We would love to return someday soon.

Perfect Getaway Home!

We stayed here last weekend w/ a group of 8 friends. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in. There are two large rooms and 3 smaller ones with plenty of bathrooms and storage space. They have all the amenities we needed. The location is nice b/c it's not in the downtown area but close enough. We were able to enjoy the quiet and an amazing view of the Red Rocks. House is larger than the photos. Photos do not do it justice. We sat out on the porch and played cards. We cooked breakfast each morning in the well stocked kitchen. They had pots, pans, spices and oils. Care takers live on the bottom floor. I thought that was strange at first but we didn't even notice they were there. They didn't bother us and hopefully we didn't bother them. Property manager was easy to reach and was very kind. We had a better time than expected. And we would totally stay here again if it doesn't sell.

We had a fantastic stay. The home was so private and roomy. Everything the ad says this place has, it does not disappoint. We will be back for sure. Hiking and downtown are very close and easy to get to. The kitchen and grilling area was perfect for our crowd.

Sedona Family Reunion

Our family rented this house for a family vacation for the parents, three adult children, and significant others. The house was spacious and comfortable, with very nice cooking and barbeque facilities. Located in West Sedona on a dead-end street, the location was quiet and accommodating. Trips to the surrounding area were easy and hking trails were close by.

Our group enjoyed this roomy house very much, especially the awesome living room and kitchen. During the day time we went out hiked for many moderate hiking trails enjoyed the red rocks or took the day trips to Grand Canyon N.P., Petrified Forest N.P.,Verde Canyon Rail Road and many many National Monuments enjoyed the outdoor scenery but most of the nights we came home using the awesome kitchen and grill cooked our dinner, every body can have a relaxed atmosphere and enjoyed the delicious dinner. Staying this million dollar house made our Sedona trip even unforgettable.

Our family enjoyed the home very much. Awesome views from everywhere in the house. Great trail right outside the door. We liked the location outside of town and away from the tourist area's. Broken Arrow was a wonderful hike for the family and the kids.

The women really enjoyed themselves. The home fit their needs nicely .They told me they plan on returning to celebrate birthdays in Sedona.

We had a womens retreat and it was a perfect home. Room and privacy for everyone. The home is situatedon 2 1/2 acres which looks out to forest and Red Rock views. You can hike right out the front door. You are close to a shopping and galleries and all amenities. The deck was great for hanging out and dining. I would recommend this home for anyone wanting a beautiful home in a great location.
