Owner Supplied Testimonials

Amazing house and property!
It's a toss up as to which is more beautiful and amazing, the house or the views! Anyone who gets to stay here is lucky.
The listing doesn't begin to describe this well appointed and maintained house. It's spotlessly clean. Anything that I wanted was right there waiting for me. The owner is an expert at balancing customer service and not intruding. I would not only recommend this property to a friend or relative, I would tell them that I am jealous that they get to go and I don't. The location means that restaurants, cultural attractions, and shopping are within walking distance. I only wish that it was possible to give this house six or seven stars instead of five.
Our Oasis in Sedona
We have stayed at a number of vacation rental properties in the past however the Sedona Guest House at Jordan Park is the first to exceed all our expectations. Words cannot describe the privacy and stunning views you will experience from this beautifully decorated home. We were just a short walk to all the attractions and trails, yet when we returned to the house we felt as if were were alone in the forest with each beautifully crafted red rock formation awaiting our arrival. This was indeed our oasis in Sedona.
Perfect Rental for All - A Home away from Home!
My fiance and I have been up to Sedona several times and this was by far our favorite place to stay. When we arrived, we opened the doors of the 2 bdrm 1 bath, newly remodeled, beautifully decorated home. We went room to room checking the place out. I would have to say the last room, the living room, was most stunning. The large picture windows/slider that opened to one of several decks had gorgeous views
of the forest and red-rock. At the right time, deer could be spotted in the back yard. The kitchen had new appliances and everything we needed to enjoy meals at "home". The bed was soft and comfortable. There were flat screens w cable TV if interested. Also, Free Wifi which picked up great throughout the house. The property is located at the base of Jordan Park; obviously, making it easy access to lots of hiking and biking. It is also just blocks away from the downtown shopping and restaurants. The owner and host provided amazing "customer service". The transaction was simple and he made it known that if we needed anything he could be easily contacted.
Many people head to Sedona for the beauty, peacefulness and spiritual energy it has to offer. Staying at this property enhanced all of these qualities and we highly recommend this rental. You won't be disappointed!!
Beautiful Peaceful Location
The best thing about this house is the location. Our stay was so peaceful we did not want to leave. There are two decks with beautiful views of the red rocks. The lot is secluded and quiet; yet you can walk to uptown restaurants and shops. Takashi is a great Japanese restaurant a very short walk from the house that does not have the tourist traffic of some of the other uptown restaurants. It is also close to many great trail heads. I recommend the Brins Mesa to Soldiers Pass trails. We spent each morning and evening on the deck enjoying the sun lighting up the red rocks while listening to the birds sing. The kitchen and dining area were perfect with everything you need to make a meal. Jerry has thought of everything you might need. The family room is big with beautiful views as well as great flat screen TV. The entire house is beautifully decorated with art work and many small touches that make it extra special. Jerry the owner made us feel welcome and has always been warm and friendly. I will definitely return to this property. I am already planning my hikes for next year.
"It Couldn't Get Any Better!!!"
Our family of four just returned from a remarkable time in Sedona, and our Guest House was perfect! It was convinient, comfortable, serene and private. We woke up every day to the sunrise on the surrounding rock formations, and the deer entertained us as we enjoyed sunset from the deck. It was a perfect place to just relax and enjoy the ever-changing scenery, but we had full agendas and enjoyed hiking (the best trails were a short distance from the house), shopping (just down the street), exploring nearby historical sites and taking day trips to the Grand Canyon and Jerome. Our accomodations were extremely clean and the house was well equiped. The owner was very hospitable, available and willing to accomodate, although our every need had already been anticipated. We could not have found a better place to stay. We are still in awe of all we experienced and saw while in Sedona. Words and pictures do not due justice to the majestic beauty, peace and comfort that surrounds you at the Guest House. It is the perfect setting for a memorable vacation! Greatfully, Cynthia, Gary, Carolyn and Frances Ridgeland, Mississippi
Two Thumbs Up
We experienced this beautiful property during the Sedona Int'l Film Festival and in keeping in the theme of the movies... we give it "Two Thumbs Up"!!!
The ambiance is so soothing. The tasteful decorations set the stage for quite a remarkable visit. The beautiful living room has cathedral ceilings and expansive views of the majestic Red Rocks of Sedona, yet nestled in a forest of trees. The balcony off the living room (there's also another one off one of the bedrooms) sits above this pristine large lot of land. One of our favorite times was morning coffee on the balcony where we saw the incredible wildlife ... a deer... a family of Javalina (which we learned more about afterwards).. going about their day and sharing this experience with us. We were also blessed to be there for a "Stargate Ceremony" where beautiful members of the Sedona Community came together around the Stargate Wheel celebrating love and light. Not everyone gets to experience one of these ceremonies. We knew it was special. We give thanks!!
Two important things: PRIVACY!!! We had no idea how private this property is until we saw it with our own eyes. It felt timeless. We could have been in the time of the Native Americans or even the Gold Rush. We let our imaginations take us away. It is also a hop, skip and a jump to all the FUN things to do and see in Sedona. Hiking out the backdoor, biking, shopping practically up the street, spas, the best restaurants... and the list goes on. When they say... location, location, location... they mean it!
And secondly: COMFORTABLE BEDS!!! This is so important to us. From the mattresses to the bedding... we slept like angels. Quiet still nights gave us the restful and soothing experience we were looking for!
We HIGHLY recommend this location. You just never know from pictures on the internet.... believe us when we say... pictures don't do this place justice!
