Welcome to our Sedona Vacation getaway home located in the shadows of Lizard Head Rock and Thunder Mountain in the beautiful red rock country of Sedona, Arizona. It is wonderful living and vacationing here, one of the most beautiful places on earth. We hope your stay here will be a memorable one.

Our home is situated on 2 1/4 private acres in one of the most prestigious section of Sedona on the road to mystical Boynton Canyon and all its magnificent red rock views.

Mainhouse is over 3700 square feet: Four bedrooms, Three baths, Great room with beautiful stone fireplace, guest suite with Jacuzzi tub, and televisions with Cable in all bedrooms and kitchen.

Swimming pool and 10' x 10' hot tub in adobe gated enclosure with two beehive gas fireplaces. This home is located within a half mile of the closest marked hiking trails.

Deposits: ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PLACED BY PHONE. Reservations are confirmed only after we receive your $200.00 down payment and rental agreement. There is a $50.00 Renter Insurance Policy on all Reservations. No Security Deposit. Entire balance is required 30-days prior to arrival. No refunds on cancellations of 30 days or less. There is a $200.00 non-refundable retainer fee on all rents one-month or longer, unless cancelled 90 days in advance.
Payment Options: American Express, Cashier's Check, Mastercard, Money Order, Personal Check, Visa
Other Fees: Call for rates and availabilty. All reservations must be made by phone. Thank you. $100.00 Fee on all Cancelled Reservations All rates reflect a 3% discount for payment by cash, personal and cashier's check or money order. Add 3% for credit card charges. Payments by check must be received 4 weeks before arrival date, otherwise payment must be charged to a credit card.

Pleasant view but room for improvement

While the view is superb, the pool, the spacious kitchen, the spa, and the fire pit are absolutely wonderful, there are many things associated with this house that needed work. There are fixtures (like lamps) needing missing switches; there are blinds that are broken and unadjustable; the bed pillows are foam and hard (that seems like such a cheap fix?); the coverlets seem to need a washing; there is one room downstairs that is dark and the adjoining shower sprays water and is so small, it's almost difficult to fit inside. We accidentally left behind an article of clothing hanging behind a door. When we called the day after leaving to pay them to retrieve and send it, they said it wasn't there, though we were certain that's where it was left. The maid showed up an hour and a half before check out time, leaving us feeling rushed to hurry up and get out. On the plus side, the kitchen was fully stocked for equipment (better than most rental houses we've been in); the wide screen TV was nice; the long dinner table had a beautiful view to gaze at as you ate your meal; the living room sofas were comfy, and the house was VERY close to pretty much anything going on in the Sedona area. So, overall, nice experience but would encourage the owners to consider some improvements.

I loved the house

I loved this house. I have rented many in AZ over the last few years and this one was my favorite. Clean, spacious and in the perfect location for my needs. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a family vacation or a lovers get away. Perfect in all ways. I am so fussy and it met all my needs. Sharon

We had a family gathering here with 4 families. Our kids age range was from 7 months - 5 yrs old. Their was plenty of room for us all. Certain locations of the property have stunning views. The hot tub was large and great to sit in. Good location of house for our mountain biking and hiking needs. Draw backs, though the house is spacious, the layout is a little oudd and does not take full advantage of views. Rock steps in TV room not ideal for kids. When in the swimming area did not a view. Pool is not heated, but was refreshing on hot days. Overall great place for large groups.

Our party of 10 had a very nice stay at this beautiful home. I would recommend this property. We did have a problem with the pool at first but Red Rock Realty got the problem taken care of as soon as they could. The house did need a list of dos and don'ts with the pool so the problem doesn't happen to anyone else. We enjoyed the property and area.

What a great vacation home!

We had traveled to the Sedona with our children of five and seven along with their paternal grandparents. After finding this home online we rented through Red Rock Realty, everyone was so helpful and the home was fantastic. We of course loved having our own pool and hot tub to come home to after hiking or shopping in Sedona. This home is large and spacious and offers a feel of a bit of an older Sedona era. I loved it. I recommend to everyone.
