Description of the Seguin vacation cabin rental

We have a 1 bedroom fully furnished waterfront cabin available. This cabin sleeps up to 6 people. We have 3 acres, with 200' of waterfront on the Guadalupe River. There's a small fishing pier, or swing & swim in the reiver.There's several BBQ pits on the property, as well as many tables.

Area Description

We are located a 15 minute drive to New Braunfels, & Gruene, 25 minutes to the San Marcos Outlet Mall, 30 minutes to the Riverwalk, & 10 minutes away from 3 different 18 hole courses, including "THE BANDIT", rated # 7 in the state. Seguin offers a farmers market every weekend, Trade Days several times a year, & Freedom Festival over July 4th. San Antonio Speedway, a 1/4 mile dragstrip is 10 minutes away.Houston, depending on the traffic is about a 2 hour drive, & we're 1/2 mile off of IH10

We had relatives come in from out of the country and needed a place to put them up. We couldn't have been happier to stumble upon this place that is totally "Texas" from the decor right down to the unbelievable hospitality of the owners. They made our guests feel right at home and made us look like hero's for finding such a gem. A++++ rating. Thanks Tom and Shirley for everything!! We'll be back!! Debbie & Frank
