Cobtree Vacation Rental Homes are a AAA 3 diamond rated establishment offering centrally air conditioned traditional brick built homes built in an "English Cottage Style" they each have over 1460 sq ft of living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a basement with washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board, a Log effect gas stove in the lounge, full gas fired forced air heating throughout, hardwood floors, spectacular views over Seneca Lake on one side of the property and open farmland and woodland on the other side. Peaceful, tranquil and breathtaking views over the Lake and beyond.
Each Cottage offer guests deluxe living accommodation with views over looking Seneca Lake and scenic rural views all around the properties.
by 57 acres of farmland overlooking the Western Shores of Seneca Lake and with views over open fields to the South and East as well as 18 acres of woodland to the North. Sunrises and Sunsets can also be spectacular at Cobtree!
The woodlands at Cobtree offer a number of walking trails accessible throughout the year. In winter they are ideal for guests who bring their own skis for cross country skiing or own ATV's or snow-mobiles. Each of the cottages at Cobtree are named after one of the Finger Lakes and have over 1460 sq ft of living area, are fully equipped together with a washing machine, Tumble drier, free U.S and Canada wide digital telephone service and Cable Television . Our rates also include linen, sheets and towels and there are no additional cleaning fees payable on departure.
Book a wine tour with one of the local wine tour operators, dine out at one of the many nearby quality restaurants, visit the casino or Finger Lakes Race Track, take a trip to Niagara Falls or simply relax in a peaceful tranquil setting, the choices are limited only by your own energy and desires!
