Description of the Seven Mile Beach vacation condo rental

This spacious 3 bedroom/3.5 bath villa is located on the Jack Nicklaus designed Britannia Golf Course. Centrally located on 7 Mile Beach, the villa is located within walking distance to numerous upscale restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, swimming pools, tennis courts and the golf course.

The Britannia Villas offer British elegance and charm, privacy but at the same time convenience to modern luxuries.

This impressive 3 bedroom/3.5 bath unit is professionally decorated and sleeps 7. The master bedroom has a king sized canopy bed, large master bath suite and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed, and the third has twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath, individually controlled cable TV and lots of closet space.

The unit is complete with towels and bedding. Other amenities are the fully equipped kitchen, laundry, hairdryers, ceiling fans, and screed lanai over looking the golf course. The lanai is perfect for relaxing with a cool drink after a long hot day in the sun. The living and dining rooms are spacious with plenty of room to socialize or watch TV. The unit has daily towel service and every 3rd day full maid service, excluding Sundays and Cayman holidays. This unit is spacious, therefore, is perfect for families or several adult couples.

Nestled on 90 acres of manicured property, the Britannia is perfect for taking walks or relaxing. The property has always been known for its gardens and local flora. Located about 200 feet from the villa, guests can relax in a large swimming pool with a huge sun deck, pool house and BBQ grills. Just a short walk to the beach, guests can enjoy all the water sports Cayman has to offer such as snorkeling, diving, charter boats, wave runners, parasailing or just beachcombing and sun bathing. Located on the Grand Cayman Beach Suites property, guests have access to the beach, health facility as well as the Grand Cayman Beach Suites Pool and Bar. Golf priviledges are also available.
