Description of the Sevilla vacation apartment rental

Very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment

This apartment was built in 2001 and has all the comforts of home: central air conditioning and central heat, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and oven, living room with Tv and Dvd, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, marble floors.

Kitchen: Electric stove and oven, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffer maker, juicer, blender, and fully equipped with cookware, china, glassware and utensils.

Living room: TV and DVD
Dining room: seating for 6
3 Bedrooms: (Sleeps 6 max) 2 double beds, one single bed. Additional folding bed and baby crib free can be provided.
2 bathrooms: one with bath/shower, 2nd bathroom has shower.

Located in a residential neighborhood about 25-30 minutes walk from the historic center and Cathedral of Seville. Very conveniently located to public transportation: buses going to the very center of Seville stop directly in front of the apartment. The Seville train station is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment, great for taking day trips. The neighborhood has several large supermarkets, as well as small convenience stores, shops, and bakeries. Tapas bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a park with playground for children. Very comfortable home with a selection of children's toys, Dvds, books, travel guides and maps. There is a private patio at the back of the apartment building with chairs to sit out or great for children to play outside.
