Fully refurbished in 2005 this is a one-bedroomed apartment on the second floor of a two-storey typical Sevillian 'casa palacio'. It is located in a quiet street in the heart of Seville just 5 mins walk from all the major attractions: the cathedral, the barrio Santa Cruz, the Real Alcazar Gardens, etc. It is just 100m from the official route for the Holy Week processions and for anyone coming to Seville to learn Spanish most of the main language schools are within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped for short or long stays and has its own private terrace with views. Seville itself has much to offer but this is also an ideal base from which to explore Andalucia.

Seville is the perfect base from which to explore Andalusia. Córdoba with its famous Mezquita is just 40 mins by fast train, the Doñana national park, a paradise for birdwatchers and nature lovers is nearby. Other destinations: Granada (El Alhambra, Sierra Nevada), Cádiz (white villages, fantastic beaches, golf, wineries), Huelva (beaches, golf and just over the border, the Portuguese Algarve).
Getting to Seville is easy: Seville airport 15 mins, fast train from Madrid (2.5 hrs). Another alternative, Jerez airport is just 50 mins away and Malaga and Faro airports are only 1.5 hrs by car.
