Description of the Sevilla vacation apartment rental

Fully equipped 4-6 people apartment with elegant decoration. The apartment is part of an old house, restaured in 2005. It has 100 sq.m., plus a 15 sq. m. terrace and a private 45 sq. m. rooftop. The apartment is located on the 3rd. and 4rd floors.

Area Description

The Apartments are located in front of the 'Puerta del Perdón' of the Seville's Cathedral, in the whole historic centre of Sevilla, with privileged views. Located in Alemanes Street (in XIX century was inhabited by german people ''''''alemanes '''''' who worked in cristal and metals). It's a commercial street with restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, international press.
At feet of the 'Giralda' and only few meters far of the 'Alcázar of Sevilla', 'Santa Cruz' quarter or 'Archivo de Indias'.

We stayed there in the two bedroom apartment which is really a one bedroom and a loft for three nights at the end of Sept 2007 with two other couples. It is really not suited for three couples but it will work quite well for two. The location is excellent and the décor is really good. It gives you the feeling of a luxury place. The best thing about it was the staff and how friendly they are specially Beatriz. We arrived at 5:00 AM and she was very happy to greet us. We go to Europe two to three a year and stay in condos. This is one of the best places. I highly recommend it.
